This guy shot up my draft board after receiving his PMs. We all knew he was a hard working player with unlimited potential, but by his responses to my questions you could tell he was just a cool guy that would be easy to get along with and good to talk with in the LR. I knew we wouldn't have a shot at him drafting #7 but the Yeti definitely scored a good one here. I expect he will entertain the idea of switching to a pure WR soon.

I liked talking to you too. Its always really cool to see how the teams' viewed you. I really hope others do this.

He should probably be in Tier 2 and I wouldn't have questioned anyone taking him in the 1st round.  All in all, a solid read ,but I wouldn't expect anything less from you.
Can confirm

I took a chance on morris, because I didnt know whether or not he was gonna come back, and lattimore is active again so Im really happy with that back. Hopefully roly comes back, that would make this a great draft for the outlaws

Lattimore was always in the KCC LR.

Thank you for the kind words. I've worked hard in learning a new position and received the "blessing" from HO to move forward. I'm hoping to find my way into the rotation, even if it's to give Clegane a breather.

Our draft scenarios changed a handful of times in the 10 days leading up to the event and our plans did as well.

We did get a lot of chances to talk to everyone on our radar. Some of you weren't for a few reasons. Wachter, Bly, and Crush were clearly going before we picked for example. Sierra wasn't on our radar first because of a lack of need and later because we decided as soon as it became an issue that we were pulling all bots on our line. We already had as many as 3 position changes we were planing to pay for as well so we stayed off of that. Jiggly we took off our board once we realized that he wouldn't be there with our 2nd pick no matter what it was. And a few people we sent messages to and got no response, at which point we removed them. One person was messaged and even after several minutes of back and forth, had no idea who I was. A lesson to DSFL players is to always know who the HO, GM's, and CoGM's are. The info is readily available and a lot of times you can figure out which teams you're interested in, are good fits, or are interested in you.

Lot of good conversations though. Fletcher impressed us greatly. I thought I was getting a huge steal late with Tillman and Lattimroe (half right!). Jackson obviously blew us away. We liked Taylor as well..especially him honestly informing us that if we asked him to switch position, he expected us to pay for it. We graded highly for that kind of thinking things through. Booter was a lot of fun.

And even though he wont get counted as part of this draft class technically, we happened on Andreas Waiters during our scouting and had a few general conversations with him as well that generally gave us the feeling that we should make the move to bring him in.

I also had a blast randomly harassing draftees with a series of questions that may not have always made sense (but always served a purpose). It is probably my favorite part of gm'ing thus far.

The thought of drafting Tillman over Jiggly definitely crossed my mind more than once.

I think Tillman will be a better player than Atwell. Tillman does his PTs B)

Maybe. Tough to say. I think Jiggly will try harder this time around. If not I'll trade him to the Yeti as punishment.

You're replacing Adamle Tomlinson starting day 1.
