I play football the right way and the player agency I belong to has produced several championship winning players. 2. I have no preference. I just want a GM that knows what he is doing. Market size doesn't matter to me because I am not the kind of guy to worry about endorsements or anything. 3. I would much prefer to start but I know there are a lot of other QBs out there. He was in the commercials for that weird online college. 2. Ohhhhhh yeeeeeaaaauuuuhhhhhh. Seems like something a young rebelling female would do to piss off her father. 3. Anytime a football leagues pops up, I am there. Think I won a title in the two most recent ones. Won't mention where else I am currently active because it might give the alias away. 4. We grown men out here. Ass is getting eaten. 5. Every single time a new league pops up, QB is a position everyone creates. It always ends the same way with a free position change. I did it to essentially create an athlete player and get to adjust my position based on team. I haven't paid attention to the other prospects much but it would be nice to have one that can catch out of the backfield to give our offense another element. 3. I think I am quick enough. The other guys are faster, but if they manage to get out of the sack they are just going to throw it into double coverage or inaccurately. 4. Short slow and grind sets up the big pass. I've spent a lot of my career running something similar to the west coast offense so I like the quick ones. 5. Day Dream. A Tazz-mission standing submission hold. When the ref goes to check to see if they have passed out, over head hooked arm suplex to catch the opponent offf guard and knock them out due to the previous cut off of oxygen followed by the quick movement and landing on their neck. Easy 1-2-3. Romeo Devitt Presser - jparks98 - 05-28-2017 1) What's your favorite thing about the draft process so far? 2) what's the more important for your style of play, targets or an offensive line? 3) Who would you say your game resembles the most? 4) With the amount of Quarterbacks in the draft, who is someone you could see having a Peyton/Brady type rivalry with? 5) Would you rather get blown out or lose a close game? Romeo Devitt Presser - Evans - 05-28-2017 (05-28-2017, 07:20 PM)jparks98 Wrote:1) What's your favorite thing about the draft process so far? 1. The uncertainty. You can put up whatever stats you want, feel like a great prospect and still end up on a team you didn't expect. No one really knows where they are going and I think that makes this whole process very interesting. 2. Offensive line. A good line can make up for bad targets or a bad system. Its the perfect bandaid to any situation. 3. I don't have the biggest arm in the world. I know that and the stats shows that. I excel in the short passing game and I think that someone like Sam Bradford is a good example of my style of play. I make the right reads and give my guys the opportunities to make plays with the ball in their hands. 4. All of them. They all think they are superstars and the best fit for any team. I'll be the guy drafted late that goes to a great situation and wins rings. They'll set some records and hope to sniff a championship. 5. Close game. Means far fewer things went wrong with the gameplan and you can easily make the adjustments off of that. Romeo Devitt Presser - WinstonKodogo - 05-28-2017 1. Do you trust yourself to make a last minute Hail Mary to get the win? 2. How do you handle yourself under pressure? 3. Do you think your attitude with not taking things such as drug test seriously may put teams off you? 4. Is there any WR in the draft you want to catch your passes? 5. Is there any contract demands teams should be aware of? Romeo Devitt Presser - Evans - 05-28-2017 (05-28-2017, 08:13 PM)WinstonKodogo Wrote:1. Do you trust yourself to make a last minute Hail Mary to get the win? 1. My arm strength isn't elite, but I definitely think I can make something happen with the game on the line. I don't look at the Hail Mary as a prayer. It should be a calculated play with specific spots each guy runs to, helping the play worth out best. 2. Pressure is no problem. In high school, I was a top prospect. Just because I didn't get the game time that these other QBs got in college doesn't mean that they project to be better pros than I am. That just means that they have more wear and tear on their bodies. 3. If it does, that's a team I don't want to draft me. 40 yard dash does not equate to QB success. It would be like using the 40 to evaluate offensive lineman. That drill doesn't translate to what we do in game. 4. As long as they know their routes, I would be more than happy to throw a pass to any of the guys in this draft. WRs are truly one of the positions that vary throughout the league and I believe that I am one of the few QBs that would be able to use these guys properly. 5. None at all. I want to start at QB and if I don't, I would like a discussion prior to drafting me about the positions change. I know this draft is a free for all. A lot of these players won't end up panning out, but they look like great prospects now. All I want is a team that communicates because that is key in a team sport like this. Romeo Devitt Presser - Shaka - 05-29-2017 Why do you think people create running QBs? Why do you think people respond to interest threads? Better yet, why do GMs even make them? Macho Man fan? Did you not think Miss Elizzbeth was the hottest Romeo Devitt Presser - Evans - 05-29-2017 (05-29-2017, 05:18 AM)Shaka Wrote:Why do you think people create running QBs? 1. People want to emulate what they see in the current NFL. QBs with legs are starting to be the norm, yet you've seen pocket presence guys being the ones to win titles. 2. I guess to make sure they don't draft someone that doesn't want to be there. Kind of weird though because I highly doubt GMs pass on someone they think can be a great talent for them. 3. Make GMs look like they are doing something. 4. Ohhhhh yeaaaahhh. 5. Nope. She was great for her era, but I would easily rank Stacy Kiebler, Torrie Wilson, and Lana above her. Romeo Devitt Presser - GoodLeftUndone - 05-29-2017 Who are some receivers you'd love to be paired with on your team if you're starting? You didn't get much playing time in the Prospects Game, does this worry you that your draft stock and/or starting status is in jeopardy? Pre-game ritual? What kind of offense do you perform best in? Spread, West coast etc. |
