Now before we move into positional awards, I have two things to say:

The other thing is that we also have the Top Performance Award. This award is given to the player with the best performance in a single game. While many players can dominate through a season, the awards committee decided on a player that they decided went above and beyond the rest of the league in the 60 minutes (or more realistically, like 11 minutes) that they were between the lines.
