In fairness, 5 of the current starters are S1, so it's not just OCO and YKW. That said, any aspiring QB has to be a big earner and needs to be comfortable playing in the DSFL for a few seasons while they wait for a spot to open up.

Can't Philadelphia just have their best TPE player switch to QB? Silly. Players IRL can't just re-locate half their skills overnight.
