If I make a sig for someone and they'd like to pay me for it, can I still post it as a weekly submission? So I'd basically get double pay for it.
Also, I guess it'll be done anyway, but can the rules and scale be posted in the general graphics section instead of in the sig shop/request part?

When does this go into effect? I have four weeks worth of submissions waiting to be graded (back to 5/22). I'd think that they would still fall under the old scale?

For sigs that use the same format (i.e. @infinitempg 's draft stuff), how would that be graded? Obviously a lot of work goes into them (and I don't know exactly how much) but to an outsider it may seem fairly easy making a 2nd, 3rd, etc if a template is used. Just watching out for the best kicker from THE Rutgers University.

we actually said either 2 or 3 as there is little blending, render manipulation would be the variable that changed the rating.

Personally, I don't like the idea of players playing other members for gfx work. The user making sigs and such are already being paid by the league. We don't need a new Avenue for players to pass money back and forth. TLK, you may understand this best. Granted, managing the transactions wouldn't be too difficult from the bank perspective so if HO wants to allow it, the bank can make it work.
