Oh never mind, I got it. It's out of the number next to the name of the playbook.

Well, not really. It's mostly about comparing the numbers between each position within that formation and that playbook. Like you can see how RTE gets more targets than LTE in west coast two-TE formation. So you put your better catcher at RTE and blocker at LTE in that case.
