(S9) - Ultimus Week - BWIII - 08-13-2018 Robbed Every year it seems like there's at least one team that is robbed from their rightful spot in the playoffs and this year is definitely no different. This year my choice for team that robbed from the playoffs was the Yellowknife Wraiths. The Wraiths got the boot due to having one less win than the Colorado Yeti, it's truly disheartening that they Yeti get to play in the playoffs, while the Wraiths are actually a better team and could put up a better fight against each and every other team that made the playoffs this year. What really hurt the Wraiths was the fact that Mat Akselsen was a shell of his former self, and while he did rack up a lot of rushing yards like one would expect, it really didn't go very far in helping his team a lot of the time. The real kicker is the fact that the Wraiths took the juggernaut that is the Philadelphia Liberty too lightly and got smacked around like a little red headed step child as Darlane Farlane drug his nuts across their defenses faces all day long. Nevertheless the Wraiths truly would be a much better watch than seeing the Yeti instantly being knocked out of the playoffs, but alas here we are. New Talent When I think of all the trades that happened this past year that could ultimately have a true impact in the playoffs there is only one that comes to mind and that's not because I was intimately involved with it. The trade that I'm speaking of was the one that saw the Philadelphia Liberty trade away starting running back Bubba Nuck and one million dollars in cap space to the Baltimore Hawks in exchange for season 10 fourth round draft pick. This was truly a sad day in Philadelphia as we know just how much Nuck could contribute, but he was being pushed out by the vastly superior Darlane Farlane. Not wanting to play second fiddle to a dude with such big balls, we found a trade for him in Baltimore. While Nuck only had 163 rushing yards for Baltimore he did run at a 5.1 yards per carry clip and vultured 6 touchdowns. In a playoff game where every opportunity is crucial I think that Nuck can be a great change of pace back, but will also be ready to slap every Hawk butt or motivation, which some say is Nuck's true talent and the real reason teammates love him. Playoff Predictions Colorado Yeti @ Baltimore Hawks This first matchup is going to be a snooze fest and you can already put a check in the win column for the Baltimore Hawks. They're going up against the Colorado Yeti for the NSFC game and this matchup is terrible. In both regular season games the Hawks decisively beat up the Yeti and it's not like it was only because of one aspect of the game. In the first game Blocksdale threw for four touchdowns and in the second Taylor ran for over 5 yards a carry and they even had a pick 6. Predicted Result: No contest Hawks win. Orange County Otters @ New Orleans Second Line This one in my opinion is a tough one to call. Unlike the NSFC game where one team one both games, in the ASFC I think the team that won both games might be in trouble. An aging QB and RB make the Otters offense sluggish at times and their lack of penetration (last in NSFL in TFL) on defense leads to some easy yards, but I think that they overcome all the odds and send the Second Line packing. Predicted Result: Another close fight with Boss putting the team on his back. Otters win. Orange County Otters @ Baltimore Hawks This would make for an especially intriguing championship game as Orange County actually won both matchups in the regular season with Mike Boss throwing for over 370 yards in each game. Could this be a magical run for the Otters as Boss and the explosive passing attack slice up some bird and eat them for dinner? I say yes! The Hawks will prove unable to stop the crazy amount of weapons Boss has at his disposal and the Otters coast to victory. Predicted Result: Boss leads Otters to win! Root for the Underdog If ever there was an underdog story to actually pull off an upset in the playoffs I'd imagine that it would have to be this year's Orange County Otters. This team is actually a pretty good team that likes to slice and dice opposing defenses through the air with many viable weapons. The problem they saw this year is that they had almost no run game to speak of coming in dead last in team rushing. Yates and Boss seem to be on their last legs as they've already announced their retirements. While many see this as a reason as to why they're going to be an early playoff exit pointing at guys who have already checked out, I'll counter that this is the exact reason why they're going to go far, because they have a lot of great teammates that are going to rally around these two guys and try to get them one last ring before they ride off into the sunset on the same horse with Yates holding his hands around Boss' waist. Realistically I think that the trio of Crush, Westfield, and Atwell combined with contributions from Yates and Phelps will just be way too much for the Second Line to handle. (S9) - Ultimus Week - nunccoepi - 08-13-2018 New Talent: Without a doubt, the biggest trade of the season came before the DSFL's 9th season even began. In what was initially seen as a lopsided trade, the Tijuana Luchadores and the San Antonio Marshals swapped picks and defensive talent. The Luchadores walked away with the 2nd overall and 14th overall picks, the Marshals continued to build their elite defense with CB Danny Vranos and DT Omar Wrong. Were the Marshals crazy to send away to valuable picks for two inactive defensive players? Well, they couldn't have known who the Luchadores were going to select, but let's see how things turned out. With the second overall pick Tijuana selected Achilles Hondo, the first real active fullback in several seasons. They liked what they had in their run offense and wanted to make it better. With their 14th pick the selected Xandra Troyski, wife of the GM, Icy Douglas, and a top CB prospect to fill the shoes of Danny Vranos. The season itself took a somewhat surprising twist. Danny Vranos turned out the best season of his career to date and has a real chance at defensive back of the year. Omar Wrong had a very good season as well. Troyski, for her part, played well but not enough to distract from the season of the former Luchador. Finally, Achilles Hondo went relatively silent on the stat sheet. Could he have been a bust? will his productivity flourish in future seasons? We'll have to just wait and see, but we can be certain that the playoff landscape would have looked very different without this blockbuster trade. Unsung Hero: ![]() @HalfEatenOnionBagel Sit down with a fan interview: Icy Douglas/Ben Horne Sit down with a star: Questions from iseedoug The Hawks had a shot to win it all this year, but ultimately lost late in the game. How do you think the team bounces back from this? Will they have a shot next year? It's a heart breaker for sure. But I don't think it's the end of the line for anyone (LeClair aside who was going to leave at the end of this season regardless). The Hawks used to be pretty dominant and went to back to back Ultimus games despite winning neither. But we are a different team now, and every team has do go through that heart break I think before they can find success. Next season will be our season, I have no doubt. Your friend, Epictitus Milburn, was able to do what only two previous teams have done before: win back to back championships. What is next for him? He can have a strong personality at times, but one on one he comes across as pretty humble about his successes. Nevertheless, he has been pretty clear with me (and I think with others), that he wants to keep on pushing on. He wants to see himself achieve a certain level of greatness, and personally, I find that commendable. My bet is that he and Icy Douglas will keep on doing what they're doing until they get tired of it. You had 679 yards receiving with 3 TDs this year, a slight decrease from your S7 career high of 729 yards receiving and 8 TDs. Despite this decrease in offensive playmaking, you had a career high pancakes this season. Is this a transition from red-zone TE to blocking TE? Or do you think this is just the result of splitting receptions with other playmakers on the Hawks? We tried out some different things this year and had somewhat of a crowded receiving core--its a good problem to have. So this season I decided to focus a lot more on my strength and on my mental game. I think that's where the pancakes came from. But I'm not worried about this season's stats, really. After all, I ended up with the second most receptions in the league for the third season in a row. I see myself as a do-it-all player--I even had a rushing TD this season. So I'll just keep plugging along and see what happens. Looking at the NSFL overall, there have been a lot of changes, from superstars retiring to blockbuster trades. What player change do you think is going to have the biggest impact in the S10 season? Just before sitting down for this interview I heard about the Akselsen/Pennington trade. That's huge. Rarely do we see such leaders, especially quarterbacks, swapping teams like this. San Jose at least knows what they are getting in Akselsen for the next season. And they've now get 3 of the top 4 picks. As for Yellowknife, it all depends on how things go for Brad Pennington. Can he turn into the star that he's projected to be? We'll just have to wait and see. PBE (S9) - Ultimus Week - dub - 08-13-2018 Playoff Predictions There's no doubt that the New Orleans Second Line, Baltazar Crindy's native turf team, are the favorites and will win the S9 Ultimus trophy. The Second Line is 5-1 against the 3 other playoff teams this season, including a season-ending 38-16 domination of the NSFC top seed Baltimore Hawks. The Hawks for their part will defeat the NSFC second-seed Colorado Yeti in the NSFC Championship match, probably by a score similar to their 41 - 6 or 31 – 13 victories this season. The Hawks allowed the Yeti 449 passing yards in two games, while racking up 721 passing yards against the Yeti defense. The Hawks allowed only 125 rushing yards to the Yeti in two games, while the Hawks racked up 286 rushing yards of their own. The domination streak isn’t likely be to reversed in the playoffs, try as Ishigawa and the Yeti defense might. The Second Line will also almost certainly take care of business against the Orange County Otters, despite the Otters’ season-leading passing attack. Boss might have racked up 454 passing yards against the Second Line defense in week 9, but he also was held out of the end zone. The Ultimus will likely see the league’s top-rated QB this season, Borkus Maximus, hold the championship trophy up high. Root for the Underdog Balthazar Crindy’s best friend in the NSFL is Colorado Yeti LB Haruki Ishigawa, so while the Yeti will be a major underdog to the Hawks in the NSFC conference championship, we’ll spend some time cheering for the underdogs. The Hawks crushed the Yeti 41 - 6 and 31 – 13 in their matchup this season, and with the Second Line running away with the ASFC, this is one of the most predictable playoffs in recent memory. The Hawks allowed the Yeti 449 passing yards in two games, while racking up 721 passing yards against the Yeti defense. The Hawks allowed only 125 rushing yards to the Yeti in two games, while the Hawks racked up 286 rushing yards of their own against Ishigawa’s defense. Despite Saint and Ishigawa being among the best linebackers, the Yeti defense is outmatched by Omar Taylor’s rushing attack and cool efficiency of Avon Blocksdale, despite Ishigawa’s stellar 12 tackle performance in Week 9. To have any chance at a major upset, the Yeti rushing attack, near the bottom of the league in yards and attempts, will need to emerge to control the clock. And despite all the Yeti’s reliance on the passing attack, they were only 4th in the league in yards and completion percentage and QB Rating. (S9) - Ultimus Week - PigSnout - 08-13-2018 Playoff Predictions: NSFC Championship: ![]() ![]() The NSFC Championship game brings a unique match up as this is the first time that the Yeti and the Hawks will meet in the playoffs in NSFL history. The regular season games between these two were quite lopsided as the Hawks won 41-6 in Baltimore and 31-13 in Colorado. The Hawks were dominant in both previous match ups and finished with a better record and a much better point differential, so I think that the Hawks will win this one and advance to the championship game even though the Yeti finished the season strong. Prediction: ![]() ![]() ASFC Championship: ![]() ![]() The NSFC Championship game brings a rematch of last season's game as the Otters and Second Line will be playing each other again, though this time the game will take place in New Orleans. The Second Line won both regular season games with a big 40-22 victory in Orange County and a closer 24-15 victory in New Orleans. The Second Line seem to have the match up advantage and they finished both with more points scored and less points allowed than the Otters, so I think they will advance to the championship game for a second year in a row. Prediction: ![]() ![]() NSFL Championship: ![]() ![]() The NSFL Championship game will be a battle between the Hawks and the Second Line, both fighting for their first championship. They looked evenly matched in the regular season with both teams winning at home as the Hawks won 38-23 in Baltimore and the Second Line won 38-16 in New Orleans. However, this match up will likely lean in the Second Line's favor as they finished with a better record, so the game will be played in New Orleans. The Second Line will have home field advantage and had a better offense and a better defense this season, so I think they will bring home their first championship in this one. Prediction: ![]() ![]() Quote:346 Words Playoff Series MVP: In big playoff games, teams often look to their quarterback to lead the way for them. This was the case for the New Orleans Second Line in the ASFC Championship game as Borkus Maximus III came up big for them. Borkus Maximus put together one of the best performances of his career on a big stage against a tough Otters defense. Maximus passed for 344 yards and 4 touchdowns without any interceptions on 43 passing attempts. Perhaps the most impressive part of this was the way he got his touchdowns. He spread the ball out well as all four of his touchdowns were to different receivers. He kept the defense guessing as he managed to get multiple receivers involved and didn't rely on just one receiver to make the plays for him. He also caught the defense off guard with a scramble as he ran for 28 yards on his one rushing attempt of the game adding another method of attack to his arsenal from this game. The Second Line needed to mix things up as they were trying to simultaneously crack a stout Otters' defense and keep up with a powerful Otters' offense and Borkus Maximus rose to the occasion to provide the versatile attack they needed in order to do this as he protected the ball and made big plays at the same time. If not for Borkus Maximus's big performance, the Second Line may not have been able to outduel the Otters and may have been heading home early. But thanks to Maximus, they will be heading to the championship game. Quote:264 Words Hate the player or the game: Even though they ultimately missed out on the playoffs, I believe the Yellowknife Wraiths should have been a playoff team this season. They had big expectations coming into the year as the defending champions and after finishing with the best record in the league two years in a row. The Wraiths still brought back a talented roster this year and were a talented team on paper as they were one of just four teams to finish with a positive point differential as they scored 64 more points than they allowed. However, they were the only one of the four teams with a positive point differential who missed the playoffs. The biggest issue for the Wraiths seemed to be playing down to their competition. In particular, they against the 3-11 Outlaws despite having home field advantage. The Wraiths scored just 6 points at home against one of the weakest defenses in the league. If that game were replayed, the Wraiths would have probably been able to win 9 times out of 10, but they didn't show up during the actual game that mattered. Similarly, they were the only NSFC team to lose a game against the Liberty this year. The Liberty caught the Wraiths off guard with a new run-heavy strategy and the Wraiths were unable to adapt and answer them as they let Darlane Farlane run for 124 yards and 3 touchdowns on 34 carries. These were both games the Wraiths should have won on paper, but they failed to perform on the field. They also lost at home against the Yeti and the Second Line, who were both playoff teams that they were able to beat on the road. Overall, the Wraiths had the talent to be a playoff team this year but their inconsistency was their downfall as they didn't get the wins they needed to earn the playoff spot they may have deserved. Quote:316 Words That Magic Moment: The NSFC Championship Game was a back and forth affair with both teams scoring big points. However, there was one moment that helped seal the game in the Hawks' favor. The Hawks took their biggest lead of the game early in the fourth quarter as a safety extended their lead to 9. But the Yeti didn't go away quietly as they tacked on two field goals to cut it down to a 3 point deficit and got the ball back with three and a half minutes left and the chance to take the lead or tie the game. The Hawks defense needed to step up and make a play after struggling to get stops all game and surrendering 34 points. The Yeti were backed up to their 2 yard line, but opened the drive up with a 32 yard reception that nearly got them into Hawks territory. The next play was an incomplete pass, and then the Hawks' magic moment happened. Darnell Turner hauled in an interception on the 42 yard line and returned it 35 yards to give the Hawks the ball on the Yeti's 7 yard line. This was the moment that sealed the game for the Hawks as it not only shut down the Yeti's last chance to come back but it also allowed the Hawks to extend their lead and drain off most of the clock so that the game was put out of reach. While the NSFC Championship Game wasn't a strong showing for the Hawks' defense overall, they rose to the occasion when it mattered most and created a magic moment that Hawks fans will remember for a long time. Quote:276 Words (S9) - Ultimus Week - Moosecop - 08-13-2018 PBE PT Playoff Review:? Over in the NSFC Championship, we had the 8-6 Colorado Yeti, making the playoffs for the first time in a long time, visiting the 11-3 Baltimore Hawks. A lot of people have been making arguments that the Yeti didn't even belong there, that it should have been the Yellowknife Wriaths, and the Hawks would blow them out. Instead, we got the closest game of the playoffs. The Yeti jumped out to a quick lead of 14-0 which quickly evaporated by halftime into a 21-21 tie as both offenses couldn't be stopped. Eventually though, the Baltimore defense managed to make a huge play as Arbin Asipi Jr. got to Applehort for a sack/safety early in the fourth quarter putting his team up 9. That lead would be enough as the Yeti only managed 2 field goals in the final quarter. In the ASFC we had a much bigger margin of victory as the eventual champions, the Second Line, would control the game over the Orange County Otters. Maximus spread the ball all over the field to all his receivers as he threw for 4 touchdowns all to different receivers while running back, Darren Smallwood, rushed for 137 and a touchdown of his own. NOLA would win this game and advance to the Ultimus 39-21. In the Ultimus, I talk more about it below, but it was a back and forth battle between two high powered teams. Baltimore had a slim 24-19 lead nearing the end of the third quarter but that was when NOLA really kicked it into gear. They would win the fourth quarter 18-0 and the game 37-24 on the backs of Maximus, Smallwood, and the entire defense. Playoff Series MVP: What game is better to talk about the MVP than the Ultimus game itself? The New Orleans Second Line vs the Baltimore Hawks was a back and forth battle for at least the first three quarters. Borkus Maximus, New Orleans quarterback, took this game into his own hands in the fourth quarter and delivered the title to his squad. Nearing the end of the third quarter Baltimore was leading by a small margin of 24-19 but NOLA had the ball and was looking to turn this game around. They drove down the field for a 70-yard drive to punch one in to take the lead and from there Maximus was lights out in ensuring his team came out the victors. On the ensuing drive, he threw for 67 yards on 4 completions to open up the lead to a commanding 34-24 with less than 6 minutes to play. On the night Borkus Maximus would finish with a fantastic stat line of 27/38 for 372 yards, 2 touchdowns, 0 interceptions, and a quarterback rating of 119.6. He made big throw after big throw all night racking up big pass plays of 31, 43, 30 and 46 yards. A great game for a lot of players that night and Maximus was the best of them all in my opinion. Unsung Hero: I don't know about "hero" since his team would come up short in the Ultimus Game but I would still like to give a big shout out to Baltimore Hawks superstar running back Own Taylor. In the NSFC title game against the Colorado Yeti, in what would be a shootout on the scoreboard which saw his own quarterback throw for 4 touchdowns, it was Taylor's grind in the run game that really ensured his team's victory. He would carry the ball a ridiculous 35 times for the Hawks and score 1 touchdown. People like to say that the NSFL is much more of a throwing league but Taylor did his best to disprove that in the game. In the Ultimus game against New Orleans, he continued to do what he does: grind out yards, give his team clock control, and scored touchdowns. Fortunately for him, he didn't have to carry the ball nearly as much in this game, as he only took it 18 times, but his average went up to 4.9 yards per play, a half yard better than against Colorado, in addition to finding the goal line for 6 twice. Superb performance in the S9 playoffs for Owen Taylor even if his team may have come up short. (S9) - Ultimus Week - mckee29 - 08-14-2018 Robbed It is very obvious when looking over the NSFL standings from this season that one team more than any other got the short side of the stick in comparison to many other teams when it came to playoff qualification. The Colorado Yeti of the NSFC were matched up against the Yellowknife Wraiths right into the final weeks of the season yet somehow managed to finish with one less win than the Yeti despite the Yeti's negative point differential during the regular season, and despite the Wraiths having a prolific rushing game that lead them through many of their games. One place that Yellowknife could have easily turned around their season was in an early season loss of 12-6 against the Arizona Outlaws who were far and above one of the worst teams in the NSFL this season. This loss came as a surprise, but the moment that really put the icing on the cake was in Week 13 when the Yeti took a surprise victory over Yellowknife to all but secure their playoff spot. While Colorado may have taken the second seed in the NSFC, it is without a doubt that the Wraiths will be back next season to show they won't go down without a fight. Playoff Predictions I think there's a lot of potential for this NSFL season to be on that shakes up the league, and I think that across the board there will be a couple of teams that really surprise during this playoff run. With the Colorado Yeti slipping past the Yellowknife Wraiths for a berth in playoffs, they've booked themselves a first round ticket to playing the power house Baltimore Hawks who have been more strong this season in their match ups against the Yeti. Despite this, I predict the young team will find their way past the grizzled veterans and send the Hawks packing after a very close first game. Following this, in the ASFC the Orange County Otters will be fighting the next big thing in the New Orleans Sain- sorry Second Line who has a roster absolutely riddled with talent. The Second Line will easily take this game over the Otters and move on to the championship final where they will take on the Cinderella story that is the young Yeti team. While it may be a close game, I foresee the Second Line dispatching Colorado with a strong fourth quarter appearance and marking themselves down in the record book as one of the best teams to ever play the game. Playoff Review After having some fun predicting how the playoffs would run out, I thought it would be neat to go back and find out just how wrong I was in all my predictions from having made them just by looking at the NSFL index, and to my surprise I wasn't all that off. In the NSFC final the Colorado Yeti and Baltimore Hawks played a hard and long game that went righ down to the end of the fourth quarter before the Yeti took their third loss of this season to the Baltimore Hawks and went home with their heads hung low. As I predicted in the ASFC, New Orleans had their way with the aging Orange County Otters and continued on to the Ultimus Final where instead of facing off against the Colorado Yeti as I predicted, they were matched up against the Baltimore Hawks who had more than enough ammunition to knock them down, but in the end it was the Second Line who was able to write their names onto the trophy, and plaster themselves into the Hall of Fame. It was more than deserved too, as the Second Line are quite honestly one of the best teams in NSFL history and will continue to dominate for seasons now with a roster that is not built around one specific draft class. Going to Disneyland This one is more of a comedic write up, and instead of focusing on the NSFL or the Ultimus Series, I've decided to look at the Ultimini and the match up between the Portland Pythons and the Tijuana Luchadores. Rookie Antonio Summer made his debut against the Kansas City Coyotes in the first game of the playoff run in Portland and put up over twenty all purpose yards, but found himself sitting on the bench against the Tijuana Luchadores in their eventual loss of the Ultimini. Normally, the player who is named the MVP of the Ultimini Final is given a free trip to Disneyland as a treat on the league, but because they felt so bad for the young rookie who failed to see any play time in what could have been the biggest game of his career, the DSFL instead opted to send Summer to Anaheim early for a fun filled trip. Summer spent the week in Disneyland and took the opportunity to meet with some of his fan base that was growing in the Orange County Otters home land, and even met a couple of San Jose Sabercats who said they hoped that one day Summer would be playing for them. All in all, even without a ring or a shot on the field, Summer went home happy. (S9) - Ultimus Week - Toasty - 08-14-2018 Forgot about placeholder sorry. Must be completed after the playoff series you write about When you team has been building up for season after season, the chance to truly make something happen really relies on Quarterback for any team looking for long term success. Borkus Maximus really made a point to step up in the biggest game of the post season for this young team. Going 24/43 with 344 yards and tossing out 4 touch downs? With a 112.9 rating? Yeah NOLA is here and ready to compete. The team had lots of stand out performances but Maximus's one was something to notice and be proud of. Borkus had a noticeable favourite for passing that game giving the ball to everyone. Wait you said favourite? Yeah Borkus's favourite is anyone doning a NOLA jersey, so can you blame him for spreading the love? How do you cover a teams passing game when 4 receivers all have a touch down? Better yet, how do you try and cover the running game, when the Quarter back runs for almost 30 yards on his own during one play? I mean there is a diverse and really well built toolbox developing for Borkus and I think we have only seen the tip of the ice berg so far as the skys the limit for him. Playoff Review: Write a short review of the playoffs and each of the matchups. Must be completed after the Championship Game Yetis lose 40-34 Hawks wins - In what ended up being a closely contested games, many were thinking heading into this match up that the Hawks should have a semi easy time on their hands. What happened probably made a a few hawks fans drink more than they intended this day. The Yeti's came out to a torrnet start with a 14-7 first quarter, to have the tables be reversed in the 2nd. The 3rd quarter repeated the 2nd giving the hawks the point edge by 7, and that's all they needed from there on out as the 4th quarter saw each team only put up single digits for points leaving the Yeti unable to cover the gap. Otters lose 21-39 NOLA wins - What many expected to be a win by New Orleans, most likely didnt expect a gap in the score like the final gave us. NOLA took command early and never looked back. Putting up 16 points before the Otters answered. After that it was a 1 for 1 for the next few drives until NOLA finally decided it was time to put the nail in the coffin and ran ahead of them by 20+ points. Borkmans passing game could not be stopped as the Second line finished this one up nicely. NOLA takes it 37 -24 over the Hawks - What started off really well for the Hawks at the end of one quarter quickly turned on it's head by the time the 2nd was done as the Second line took the lead. The half time seemed to be a big boon for the Hawks though as what ever was said in that dressing room seemed to spark the team as they put up 10 points and holding the Second line off the board, if they could keep this up, they were looking like potential champs. Unfortunately the 1st place Second line wasn't about to be stopped as they went on a route putting up 18 points and completely shutting down the Hawks offense, it was a clinic and a much deserved title for them. Ultimas MVP Borkus Maximus - QB Are you about to NOT give the MVP to one of the Quarterbacks in a title game for football? For shame. Despite many arguments people can make about who should be the MVP for the big show, it has to be New Orleans quarterback. Passing for almost 400 yards with an AVG of 13.8, 2 touch downs, and a rating just shy of 120, how can you not toss him the honours? Having close relations with the owner, Maximus has been the staple for the team for seasons, and has stuck it out through the thick and thin until they built something that could make it to this point. Now that they are here, he delivered and deserves the honour more than any other. His trip to disney was pretty simple, but made the most sense considering his options. He started off at Universal studios for the real wow factor to get his movie love and excitement levels going. Hit up the Magic Kingdom for full on nostalgia. Then finished it all off with a trip to sea world so he could cool off and see all the cool animals and really soak it all in. Being a closet Star wars fan, seeing all of the shows and attractions being built was something only a young Borkus could dream of, so it was a truly sureal experience for him as well. |
