I'm confused why having an agent would matter, I asked to have one just for fun, I don't really think that there will be a lot done for me it was more for the meme than anything else.

I think that HO is concerned about conflicts of interest. Not necessarily about this specific person but if this trend continues that it could. Like if I was representing 5 players and I nudged all of them to ask for big deals from their teams but I convinced the Orange County draftee that he should ask for a minimum contract.

I honestly assumed hat was how it worked. My agent hyped me up and I negotiate the contract. This could have been really fun.

I mean that makes sense, but couldn't an issue like that be covered on a case by case basis? If someone is found to be acting unethically, they get punished based upon a rubric system that the head office puts in place. I think strictly outlawing agency groups is trigger happy authority, and makes the head office appear to lack a regard for the user base and more protect the general managers.
