#3 Overall: Dick Wizardry - RB @AdamS
With the great Reg Mackworthy retiring after spending 11 seasons with the Outlaws, there is an immediate need to fill his legendary shoes. The Outlaws are fortunate this season since there are a number of great runningback prospects to choose from and many from veteran users. In evaluating their roster and offense, I think an ‘All-Purpose’ back will be better suited for their scheme so I would select Dick Wizardry. He has just 1 less TPE than the top RB, Danielsson, and a long career with his last player. Given Asipi’s propensity to recreate, I would go with the conservative choice here in AdamS. With him, you know you’ll get at least 8 seasons of activity if he maintains the same kind of interest that he had in Charlie Law.

Oh I didn't forget...I just didn't mention you in the brief explantion for the pick. There's a reason why I wanted AZ to pick an All-Purpose back instead of another speed back like Danielsson. I don't like the idea of having 2 speed backs. I personally like having 2 backs with different archetypes and explained my reasoning since Wizardry would be a good fit with you. For what it's worth, your logic was solid. I'm a fan of the all-purpose RB, and would like to have one who could serve as a backup RB as well as work as a depth WR. I can tell you that it won't be the pick, though. We have 2 TEs, one of whom will take FB duties as well as slot WR, so we just wouldn't get enough use out of a second RB to justify taking one 3rd overall.
