The tampering bit smells here a lot and just saying to not expect any punishments straight up, ugh, c'mon - that's like an invitation for it.
I don't believe Mark David would be actively demanding a trade if he wasn't contacted by other teams, who well knew the rules and that he was under contract the minute IA extension post went up, putting up another contract proposal is taking it over the top and not where real tampering had happened anyway. I understand as well as anybody that punishing people sucks, but it will only get worse, as you can see more Outlaws player displaying displeasure after being incited from players of another team.

I did a quick filter in bank sheet and Mark David has played for 3 different teams in his 5 NSFL seasons. I'm going to assume that testing FA is definitely his M.O. Looking at the contract deposits, he has to be by far the highest paid 400 TPE IA ever. He's raked in $34M so far and Yeti was offering up another $5M this season. Lesson to all the newcomers out there, make a DL player and you'll never work a day in your life.

Testing FA and actively demanding a trade are two different things. In one case teams can easily contact and pitch to a player, other if incited by outside teams is clear cut tampering.

I see your point and will agree the trade demand is likely provoked by the other team reaching out with offers.

To put his earnings into perspective, Angus Winchester during his 12 season HOF career only made $25.5M from contract signings.

I have seen his house and "toys", the IRS should be investigating this man!

He could be interested in always moving on and didn't want to play for Arizona another season but idk.

Who needs contract money when you got simmer pay?

For other perspective: Eduardo Dinero is currently playing in his 8th season in PBE and has made $94m in contract earnings so far.

You've always had outside income although I don't think it was simmer pay until more recent. Either way it reduces the need of a big contract.

What's the exchange rate PBE to NSFL dollars?
