Literally how are people mad about this??? It's pretty clear in the rule book

Like you can't just store up TPE to sign a new contract and circumvent the cap, it's obvious and literally every league would stop that in it's tracks

You can store up TPE over time, just don't sign a new contract/regress and then claim it all

Rules are rules. I don’t see how this is an unfair decision - there’s a reasonable rule put in place to prevent unfair monetary shenanigans, Er violated that rule, and he got the punishment spelled out in the rulebook.
