I just checked, its actually slightly bigger than a couple seasons ago, probably just looks like it bc of it being spread around 2 more teams

Agility from 88 9/10 -> 75 is -114 TPE, not -139
Tackling from 90 -> 80 is -100 TPE, not -80
overall this does come out to 247, so you did come close to the needed 252 regressed. I would fix it for you, but everything is so messed up i'm not sure what to do, so i'm leaving it to you or your GM to fix.
