I've been transparent enough with my own issues for you know I can relate. I'm sorry things have gone so rough. For what it's worth, I think you did a great job as commish. It's a difficult role and the person on top often gets a lot of heat, but that's just the way things are, I guess. I know you've been looking to move on for a while and that sounds like the right move for you, but I want you to know that we appreciate the work you've put in and the impact you've had on the league.
Even if not everyone agrees with yesterday's decision (and they have every right o disagree with any decision), I don't think one ruling should define your term as commish. You gave it your best and, at the end of the day, that's all we can really ask of you.

It's not possible to make everyone happy with any decision in a game like this.
FWIW, and i've been here for a couple of months or something, I think you did great. Granted, I have no idea on what goes behind the main stage, but it's just my 2 cents.
Health wise, deal with your problems in the way you feel is adequate. We'll be here if you need anything else.

Dwyer there are a lot of things I could say about you. You were the first ever GM I've had in my sim league life, and I like to consider you as a close to a friend as anyone online can get. I've had such incredible times with you, from winning our first 3 ultimus' together, to playing fortnite and being terrible at it, to being together on HO, to so so much more. I have so much more to say but I'm in class and it would be hard to explain the tears. If you ever need someone to talk to, Im here for you. <3
You were a great GM, HO member, Commissioner, and sim league member to me and I'm sure many others, so don't be too hard on yourself.

I call Dwyer my dad a lot. He’s been there for me as a friend and mentor from the moment I started my journey to join HO. He helped give me tools to succeed in my HO internship and stood by me when I struggled. He’s helped me grow from my own failures, and has always encouraged me to be my best and to show up for the league. He has taught me so much over the course of the last two seasons, not just about being a good member of this community, but about being a good person in life.
You care about people, @ADwyer87. You love them even when it’s hard to do so. You have seen this league through countless rough patches, ushering it forward to the best of your ability. You deserve to be damn proud of your efforts. Were you perfect? No. But neither was the commissioner before you, and neither will be the commissioner after you. They have very big shoes to fill, because despite all of your perceived failures, you have been a powerhouse for this community of football nerds.
My heart hurts to know the pain you’ve been through. And I wish I had been around earlier to be there for you. But I’m here for you now, as many others are. We love you. As you prepare for your departure, I hope you know that wherever the journey takes you, there is always a home here for you, and there will always be friends you can reach out to.
