Well the main people involved in the tampering (TH, Isa) should get a actual punishment and not Nola themselves. As seen in the evidence not even Juosu knew about the tampering so it shouldn’t be a team punishment.

If they say it was just a joke in poor taste then just tell us what the joke was, the messages have all been released I don't know that this is really going to damage Bex's reputation more than it already has been by DD. I think owning up to whatever was deleted would make people feel minimally better. In regards to this (I hope this works.)

I don't want to hear this is just taken out of context, just release the context and let the league decide. I support innocence until proven guilty but the cat's already halfway out of the bag here, and if context will exonerate those involved then show it. If it doesn't exonerate them then let there be a punishment so we can all just move on.

The punishment here seems fair enough. She tried to save someone's ass for making a bad joke and took the fall. It's still breaking the rules, it's still something that needs to be punished.

On the other hand, if the evidence brought forward originally wasn't enough to indict her and NOLA on tampering charges, then we should look further into a punishment for the person who leaked all of this.

If there is no evidence of tampering, then there was no reason for someone to harass a member of this league in such a way. I hope that there will be a separate punishment for the people who have essentially harassed a member of the community by leaking private messages and what appeared to be creating a server dedicated to weaponizing Bex's frustrations against her. It is abhorrent and those who helped to spread it should also be held somewhat liable.

The amount of hate being thrown at Bex recently has been unprecedented in my opinion. I've been around this league for a long ass time. I was here for all three of Noble's suspensions. I was here for Er's multi ring. Never before have I seen such calculated hatred from some people in this league. When Er was on trial, I didn't see so many people calling him "two-faced". They just said he was a cheater and applauded him for how good he was at it. Every time Noble was caught, we all just laughed, banned him, and forgot about him again. But with Bex, I've seen people saying some rotten shit about her. I haven't even touched the server that was created to house the screenshots, but the fact that it exists only for that reason is enough to show how much people are hating her.

And why? Because if there's no evidence of tampering, then we've just made Bex go through hell for the past few days for nothing. Some people pick up some memes, some pick up a few new copypastas. But the damage to Bex and her reputation is massive. What she thought was a safe place got fucked up. I think that there are a lot of people here who agree that they say some nasty shit they don't mean behind closed doors just so that they can get it out of them. To continue to attack Bex is just mean.

You guys need to learn empathy. People are people, people have feelings. People deserve privacy. To disrupt that privacy is a horrible thing to do to a person. Those who are responsible should be punished.

I don't want you to feel like I'm attacking you or anything, because that's not what I'm trying to do at all. I just want to get that out of the way real quick. I have seen the screenshots, so this will obviously be based on my own opinion of the topic and the facts of what I've seen.

There was reason to believe that Bex was taking part in conduct not fitting of the Commissioner of the league. This isn't harassment; it's just how the internet works. Also, to my knowledge, he was permanently banned, despite what is in my opinion, clear evidence against the accused. He leaked far more than he should have though. It was the right thing to do, but his reasoning and intentions weren't in the right place. I can agree with you on that.

I don't really know of anyone that is continuing to "attack" Bex. A lot of people just want to know what exactly happened and why it happened. The damage to her reputation is massive, and it should be. Obviously, some of the screenshots that were posted, weren't posted with the best intentions and shouldn't have been posted at all, because they didn't contribute to the main accusation at hand. But, the situation wasn't helped by her saying that stuff in the first place and deleting vital messages that deal with the accusation. This isn't stuff that the Commissioner should be saying about other members of the league. I'm not going to go into specifics, because some of it is just that bad, not befitting of the face of the league. Let's not forget that this is more than just shit-talking in private with friends. This was a group of users from this league specifically, the league she is the Commissioner of at this time. Showing clear bias and favoritism towards a specific group of users as a HO member is not good practice.
