Its obviously second gen. When the game got some color but not enough to corupt the art. Spider boy and Sheep girl red Garridos best Garridos. The pokemon gathering event at near start. These are iconic things that just don't get userped by any of the others.

Gen 2 may be my favorite but I got a soft spot in my heart for Pokemon X/Y because that's when I got back into Pokemon
