I really hope regression kicks before then. I don't want to spend 9 years in the shadows of S1 players

Don't worry.

Quote:From years 1-8, no regressions are conducted.
From years 9-10, 1 regression is conducted every year.
From years 11-12, 2 regressions are conducted every year.
From years 13-15, 5 regressions are conducted every year.
From years 16-20, 10 regressions are conducted every year.
After that, a regression will be conducted after each game.

I feel like the regression system should be different based on each position. The 8 year starting point is great for RBs and CBs. But QBs don't really hit regress after 8 years, and the same could be said Kickers and Punters.

I get what you're saying, but I also don't want Season 1 QBs playing into season 15-17 with no problems

That's a good point, I will change it. Thanks for your suggestions!

Right, hmm...

I mean, I'm not saying to make QBs last 20 years, but I think the 8 year regression mark for QBs, Punters, and Kickers isn't realistic. I thinking making the regression mark like the 10th year would be fine, but make the TPE deduction more harsh on QBs, that way we still see 10+ year veterans, but maybe they aren't starters anymore or are on a steep decline.

I'm not sure what to do really, it's pretty complicated
