I just want to say I had no idea there were league wide slander against MB and I had not said what I did because of any outside noise besides what I felt. Now MB was helpful and is in no way some evil place rookies should not want to go to it was just not for me. I apologize but I will not be changing my personal stance on the subject and stand by what I said. This will be my last response to said subject to avoid future drama that I myself created.

I don't talk hardly at all anymore in the MB lr but I thoroughly enjoyed my time there and haven't left even after several trims of my discord channels.
It's a great environment and Frost/Cory do an amazing job. I don't know what the whole kerfuffle is about. Myrtle Beach is good in my book.

Hey man, fair enough. Like I said if it’s not for you then it’s just not for you. I appreciate the clearing up that what you said wasn’t influenced by anyone else.
All is good, by the way, there’s no drama here or there, and you’re always welcome to stay in the LR and stop by from time to time, friend!

I can only speak for myself, and true to my word I will.
I was in another LR before joining MB's mid way through my first year in the league. I had never joined a sim league prior to this and didn't really know what to expect. I was drafted by a team and was excited to be a part of said team. But there was hardly anyone on, and there just wasn't a lot of chatter. It was unfortunate that the old GM's just weren't able to find time to do their duties and sims were messed up, some of the rookies were left off the depth chart, others were played in the wrong position, updates weren't fully done etc. it just wasn't a good environment for me at the time.
I decided to ask for a trade after going 1-5 and just really not having fun in the league anymore. I didn't want to go inactive but I also really didn't want to stay with the original team that drafted me. I did handcuff my old team a bit as I only wanted to be traded to one team because of a friend that I had currently in MB.
The only issue was my character not only started a rivalry with MB's star safety, and I even compared myself to the co-GM who was the reigning DSFL DBOTY and had talked trash to him prior to joining as well. So needless to say I didn't know if a) they would even be interested in taking me in or b) what that dynamic would bring.
The moment I got invited that LR you could tell it was a different beast all together. Former rivals immediately greeted me like old friends, everyone was active, just shooting the shit, GM's made sure that we knew when TPE opportunities were available. They let us know when the claim thread was updated so we could update our players. Basically they did everything in their power to ensure their LR stayed as active as possible, short of doing the work for us themselves.
This is easily some of the best people you could ask to share a LR with, I came to this team with 1 friend that I knew from outside the league, I can safely say I respect and consider everyone in that LR now friends.
If the LR isn't for you it's not for you, but at some point I have to question whether or not you truly wanted to fit in because these guys are super inclusive

This isn’t playing “favorites”. If everyone in the LR who talks (everyone I tagged) is a “favorite”, then don’t we just love the whole LR?
