As their first step, Chicago’s interim GMs should seize this championship window that they are in and trade away all of their future picks to Philly. Win now mode is clearly what the Butchers need.

HO was very limited in the information given to the Chicago Butchers transition team and when they gave us their choice, we did not believe it was the right one. Their choice was someone who we felt was too inexperienced to handle the job that they will need to face.
We have a good list of applicants, pretty much none of them are on the Butchers. We will go through the current list of applicants, decide on who have the right amount of experience to take charge, and then offer that shortlist to the team to vote on.
This is their future. You don't just force leadership on people. You rule by the mandate of the masses and we are going to get the mandate of the masses when we decide on the new GM.
