Why I'm laughing.

You know, it's kind of weird how you and Bowers have agreed to a contract when Free Agency hasn't started and he's property of the Legion.

Be a little less obvious with your tampering maybe?

Not that anything is going to be done but I mean come on. At least keep it off the boards and PRETEND like you didn't knowingly violate the rules.

Admitting it on discord is one thing, but gloating about tampering on the boards should be something completely different.

From the rule-book:

Quote:- Tampering is defined as a player or GM approaching a player under contract with another team outside of the public forums, with the purpose of persuading them to join your team, request a trade, or hold out on contract negotiations.

Baller, if we are going to sweep this under the rug, that's fine - but remove the tampering stuff from the rulebook.

Better to get rid of the tampering rules then be presented with evidence of tampering and do nothing about it.

@Ballerstorm

@Ballerstorm
It was presented in head office and investigated by more than just myself. It was discussed with multiple people but the "evidence" presented is weak at best at this point and is not anything that we are willing to punish over.

Are there things that seem fishy, yes, but without evidence proving something occuring we cannot throw punishments around, or else things like you making Legion sigs for Berc would apply in the same vein, as supporting pieces to weak evidence.

@youngcricket and myself with the help of our head office advisor @Durden didn't sweep this under the rug. We took a serious look at what was there for us to investigate.

I know this fact because there was an investigation for tampering. I didn't even know Bowers wanted to come here until your GM attempted to blackmail us with flimsy evidence. Now I at least know that he's going to leave Vegas. I have yet to talk to him at all. I just know that he wants to be an Otter because your GM wanted to force us into a trade that we thought wasn't right for us.

THAT is why this situation is so hilarious. Because blackmail and extortion are lesser crimes than a player choosing a team they like in the soon to be open market.

No drama my friend.

Jiggly just admitted to the existence of tampering evidence against his franchise.

The league is clearly willing to look the other way even in the face of an outright admission of guilt.

All is good. Let's enjoy season two Smile

The league is clearly okay with looking the other way to extortion, as they encouraged my team to accept a shitty offer, which we refused to give in to. We welcomed an investigation and it found nothing.

I don't remember us encouraging you to do anything, nor did we look the other way. We looked into both sides of your issue and there was nothing that falls outside the bounds of the rules.
