However, this is honestly concerning to me. As a longtime member of this league, I've seen HO members come and go, and most of the time it's been due to personal issues they have with the position. What is it that happens in HO that causes members to leave with bad tastes in their mouths? It seems that there are a lot of things that go on behind the scenes with HO such as drama and what have you that causes members to experience growing issues in their personal lives. To me, all of this makes it seem that HO isn't exactly an attractive position and more of a burden for the people there.
We, as a league, need to be better at giving HO the benefit of the doubt and that these people are literally trying their best.
But that's not the way of the internet, especially when anonymity is constantly a shield to hide behind.
