saying something is legal, and encouraging something is very different things

Just bringing it up proves my point that it's a side-show distraction to grab the attention of users rather than focusing on the actual structural issues of the league. It's obviously okay to like it, I bought two packs and don't see the point at all, but you do you.

Some fair points, some unfair, some exaggeration to make minor things seem bigger than they are. I'm a nobody in this league anymore but from my time in HO, it gave a lot of perspective. Doesn't free them from criticism but sometimes the blowback from mistakes is far greater than it needs to be. A lot of times when people get mad they don't try to understand where the decisions came from, and admittedly HO sometimes loses its perspective on what its like as a member of the league. Trust me, I tried to be the one to do everything right as HO and make it exactly how everybody in this league would want it, but it just will never work like that and I learned that the hard way.
Regardless, HO should try to take the points out of this that are fair and fixable, as I believe there is always room to improve and it is the right thing to do

I suspect that all or at least most of them have the main concern of enjoying their time in a simulation football league. And if that isn't their main concern it's probably because their enjoyment was sapped out of it by people yelling at HO all the time.

Bread is necessary in order to live.
On a more serious note, I agree 100% that HO members should not be allowed to hold any other jobs or be in any war rooms. I want to commend @TomHanks and @nunccoepi for doing the right thing and leaving the Tijuana war room to avoid conflicts of interest as DSFL HO members.
