Well for one the Isa situation that Mooty referenced, we were explicitly told he would not be able to be hired if he retired before being announced as GM, regardless of if he had recreated or not. The other time we had discussed hiring Juosu back as GM for her recreate and were told no siree bob on that one as she wouldn't be on the team at the time.

New forum is honestly way better for the sole reason that the search function isn’t completely awful like jcink’s was
