So, my total TPE earned throughout my career should be 322 but when I add my Spent TPE, Locked TPE and my Banked TPE I get 310. So Either I must have missed some along the way or added some along the way and I can't seem to find them. Can I request and audit?

The total TPE is correct, but the bank is off. Also the applied TPE is not correct. After your position switch you had applied 136 TPE instead of 121, so there we have a difference of 15 TPE.
Your bank after the updated switch is also wrong, it was at 0 TPE. You applied all your TPE you had available in the switch, the other 112 TPE went to the secondary bank.
You have 206 TPE applied now to your build, 4 TPE in the bank and 112 in a separate/hidden bank, which sums up to your total TPE of 322.
You can get that TPE out of your hidden bank by paying some money, if you are interested in that it's best to ask your GMs how that works.
