Which of the 6 NSFL team's locations seems like the best fit?

How many sit-ups can you do before passing out?

Other than football, what is your favourite sport?

If you weren't an athlete what would you be?

Will you be selected in the first two rounds?

1.If you were a pro wrestler what would be your name & gimmick?

2.Favorite beverage of choice for relaxing by the pool?

3.a man your size has to have a full size truck..your first truck was a ....?

1. I'd have to keep the Brick Wall nickname, and my gimmick would be that I'd be a tag team champion, and my teammate would swing both opponents in my direction and I would do a double clothesline on them before going for the pin.

2. I'm a big fan of pacific pale ales at the best of times but a nice sunny day by the pool would make it a perfect match.

3. Ford Ranger!

How does it feel to have your first sack allowed since high school in last night's All American game?
How did you handle that mentally for the rest of the game?
Dave Cinderblock for the Daily Blocker wrote, and I quote "Ben Longshaw was a fluke in college, a product of the system and lack of high level competition. He doesn't have what it takes to succeed at the NSFL level." How do you respond to this?

1 & 2. Honestly, it felt great! The level of competition in college was lower than what I would have liked, but I wanted to remain a local guy. Coming into the All-American Bowl and having a guy get by me woke me up and made me realise that this is the big time now. And what happened after that lightbulb? No one else got by my and I put two defenders on their ass.

3. Dave's a great reporter and he's entitled to his own opinions, he's certainly got a lot of football knowledge, but it seems he's lost a step mentally. If he watched the Bowl game he'd see that I was having no trouble man-handling these 'elite' defenders once my blood got pumping, despite having mostly camp bodies on the line around me.

Number one. Did you give yourself your own "Brick Wall" nickname? Honestly though?

I'm just going to assume you did. Number two. Why "Brick Wall?"

Ok. So number three... you think you're the guy to beat on the offensive line in this league, right?

Alright. Four. What if I told you I just smashed my point tasks for the week JUST to beat you specifically?

Last question...

You're the best offensive lineman in the league. I'm the best defensive lineman in the league. Would you say it's smart to draft BOTH of us on the same team? Cause I think it would be and all shit talking aside, the only thing better than working to beat you ever chance I get on sunday would be working to beat you ever chance I get every practice.

:cigar:

1. It's a childhood nickname given to me by my father. You can read about it in my draft profile here.

2. See above.

3. Absolutely. I've said it time and time again, this league is a marathon not a sprint, and I don't care if there's a guy who's got his nose ahead of me here and there right now, a few months down the track and I'll be #1 in every stat that counts.

4. I'd wish you the best for the draft, and say that I don't worry myself with the talk of defenders or care about making a big name for myself or getting involved in smack talk. I'm here to keep guys off my quarterback and let him be the superstar.

5. I'm a team guy, through and through. If you're the best defensive lineman in this league - and it's not my place to make that call - then I'd be happy to have you eating QB's wearing the same jersey I am. And I'd save our battles for the training field, not TV, so that our flashy guys can get all the media attention.

1. I'll work my ass off for anybody who drafts me, but I'm at my best when I've got a guy standing in the pocket behind me making the big passing plays. The best fit is any team that wants their QB to be an MVP and break all the passing records.

2. I wouldn't know, I haven't passed out yet!

3. Rugby League

4. A teacher

5. It's hard to know what's going to happen. When you've generally got 5 guys on the line, and there's 6 teams in the league, that's 30 offensive lineman to fill the league not taking injuries into account. There's 8 of us. Will that make me a hot commodity or will GM's just not bother because most the line will be camp bodies regardless? We'll find out on Thursday.

You're so going to win the white lineman try hard award this year.

Ben Longshaw - Media Day - RavensFanFromOntario - 05-29-2017

What separates you from the other half a lineman in this draft?
How do you bulk up?
Defending run or pass, which is more fun?
Which QB would you not do your job pass protecting for?
Which d-lineman do you want to pancake most?

Ben Longshaw - Media Day - Jbearly - 05-29-2017

How big is your impact on the field in your eyes?

What's the most food you've eaten in a day?

Do you feel a bond with the other linemen you've played with at other levels?

What scheme do you feel you play best in?

What does it feel like to pancake someone?
