(S4) - PT #1 - Life after football - RedCydranth - 10-23-2017 Marc Spector has a lot going on outside of football, however he does not talk much about it. He and his girlfriend, Marlene Alraune, will likely get married and have kids. Or that's what they'd like you to think. Chances are the two will go incognito and never be seen or heard from again, jetsetting around the globe doing whatever it is they do all offseason. Which is appear in random locations across the globe in very questionable parts of those very questionable locations. It would appear Marc has sucked Marlene into whatever nefarious doings Marc does on his off time, and once he is out of the NSFL, he's going to dedicate his life to those things. Marlene, who is currently the Co-GM of the Chicago Blues said in a recent interview that she will be the Co-GM there as long as she is required to be, even if that is well after her boyfriend retires. So, if Marc is going to be seen, it will be at her side, and not anywhere else, unless he wishes for the public to be aware of his presence. He is most often spotted in remote regions of Canada, Mongolia, Tazmania and the Democratic Republic of the Congo. It is likely those will be where he retires to. Get ready for big things coming from him. ![]() (S4) - PT #1 - Life after football - JuOSu - 10-24-2017 After my career slowly draws to a close, I have a lot of plans. First off, it is important to handle money well and to save a lot of it. I don't want to go broke and I want to be able to save money successfully. A good financial plan will be important. Beyond that, I want to continue to make money with some very good articles on statistical analysis, something I already started doing as a player. After that, there should still be some spending money left, which I would love to turn into a professional poker career. I have always been passionate about poker and if I know I will not touch most of my money with it, why not have a bit of fun and also try to make even more money that way. If I do still have more time, I would love to open a little bed and breakfast in the countryside somewhere. I would just want to take care of people and create a nice little atmosphere. It will be extremely fun, I think! Plus it allows me to go on amazing little hikes sometimes and to enjoy life. I am looking forward to all of my plans ![]() (S4) - PT #1 - Life after football - ExemplaryChad - 10-24-2017 Life after football, for me, means giving back. My community service during my playing days is a huge focus for me, and there’s no reason that should change when I stop playing. Tutoring, mentoring, and basically using my celebrity to champion humanitarian causes are things that will persist even when my body starts to break down. Ideally, for a job, I would like to be a professor. Maybe I would return to Morgantown, WV, to teach and coach. Maybe it would be some other place that would take me. But a life of academia has always held a certain appeal for me: flexible hours, publications, and the ability to help young people change and shape their experiences for the rest of their lives. College was such a formative time for me; I would love to help be a part of those formative years for other students. If all goes according to plan, then by the time I’m finished playing I will have enough money in the bank to survive. This would mean not having to work to sustain myself and my family, which would leave me free to pursue other interests. A professorship would be something I do because I want to, not because of the pay. I would also like to invest in organizations that do good work for the world, and maybe even start my own foundations. There are lots of possibilities open for me, and I’ll hopefully be in a place to take advantage of them. It got him a full scholarship to the greatest school in the Universe, Penn State University, and it's gotten him millions of dollars as well as allowing him a high enough profile to earn millions through the media. When Avon retires he's unsure of what he wants to do, but he knows its going to be something around football. He's considered getting into announcing and doing color commentary on games. That would be fun, but there's not much demand for offensive linemen announcing games. There are other choices or options though. Avon could be a GM of a team in the NSFL. Avon already spends his spare time as a co GM of the San Antonio Marshals and with that experience there's no doubt that many teams would want to hire him. He also could be a coach. Either an Offensive Line coach or an offensive coordinator would be a perfect fit for Avon. Avon loves to teach people, and is, obviously, obsessed with football. We know that no matter what Avon chooses he will successful at it. A Pro Bowler and all around star in the league, I am sure that Avon will have an incredible post football career. 209 (S4) - PT #1 - Life after football - adam2552 - 10-24-2017 When Lincoln Jefferson hangs up the cleats for the final time, he plans to break ground on a children’s hospital. Plans of the hospital have begun to surface. The hospital will be constructed in downtown Philadelphia. The hospital will specialize in helping children obtain and rehabilitate using prosthetic limbs. The biggest hurdle in starting the hospital will be to obtain funding. Despite Jefferson being one of the top safeties in the NSFL, his salary has been low and with the expensive training regimens required to stay at peak performance it is unlikely he will have a substantial savings to put towards the hospital’s construction. Recently, Jefferson has been seen at many of the black-tie, big donor events in Philadelphia. Many are speculating that he is seeking funding from the 1%’ers in Philadelphia. With the atrocities in Africa and the Middle East there are more children than ever who need access to top notch amputee and rehabilitation specialists. This hospital would be a first of its kind, in that it would accept children who have been seriously injured in war zones all over the world. Due to Lincoln Jefferson’s own experiences he has the ability to inspire these children. When Jefferson lost his legs, many said that he would never play another down in the NSFL. However, with his grit and determination he was able to rehab enough to play the sport he loved once again. He plans to spend his days and nights at the hospital working with the children, showing them that nothing is impossible. (S4) - PT #1 - Life after football - Squeeze - 10-24-2017 Sydney Spinelli knows his life as a professional running back cant last forever, hell most don't even last a decade and that's why hes already well ahead of what, he wants to do afterwards. Spinelli went to college and took culinary for a reason, not JUST because he smokes tons of tweeds. But, that was partially why. The other reason is because he is actually married to a Business Major and, the plans are already in motion for "Spinellis Spaghettioto's". It's not an Italian restaurant no no. Its a spaghetti restaurant. Serving the highest grade spaghetti for stoned people and, squares too. I guess.. If that doesnt work out he will just create a new restaurant because he has an unlimited amount of names so he can just keep trying and what not. He has said "being a copper could be cool.", but I mostly think he just wants to fight people for no reason at all so that wouldn't be a good idea. It could also be to steal and sell evidence because from his words "why the fuck do they waste it? Our economy is in shambles and everyone can use some of the damn money from those bundles, the dope heads are gonna get it either way. we should at least make money from them.". (S4) - PT #1 - Life after football - Raven - 10-24-2017 Quote:Written: Must include 200 words. You can't play football forever, you have to have a plan if you want to be successful once your playing career is finished. Write about what your plans are after football. Turkleton is going to keep playing football until the day he just drops down on the field. However, if he is ever forced to quit football and has to pick something he wants to do after football it would have to be binge watch anime until the end of time. During his very busy life as a professional football kicker he has a hard time keeping up and watching all the anime he wants. So once this hectic style of life is over, Turks going to make the best of it. He won't have to worry about money, as he is pretty tight with his money and likes to save up all of it. So once he retires, he`ll probably drop a good chuck of money to get the best tv he can posibily get, a nice home theare set. Big sound boxes, comfy hair, a popcorn maker and just watch sit down with his loved ones (His body pillow waifu and their smaller body pillow childern) and just watch anime. He also wants to start a foundation which will help make anime aviable to everyone on earth. No one should be excluded for the beauty that is japanese animation and so Turkleton will try to make sure no one will be without it. (S4) - PT #1 - Life after football - tbone415 - 10-24-2017 Although Terrell Brister will be getting drafted later tonight, he is always thinking about life after football. After Football he wants to get into the General Manager side of things. It has always interested him but playing cornerback was his first love. He would love to see the process of the draft from the other side of things. He things he has a knack for convincing people to play on teams, and he also thinks he can make any team better whether it be playing corner or being a General Manager. Also he wants to teach his future children how to play football so they can one day play in the NSFL and hopefully be better players than he was at his age. He would like his future kid(s) to play cornerback as well, but any position would make him proud. But before any of that he wants to go back to school so he doesn’t go broke immediately after retirement like so many have done before, and so he can provide for his future family. Of course Terrell Brister has a long career (with many trophies and MVP’s hopefully) ahead of him. That’s what he wants to do after football. 202 Words (S4) - PT #1 - Life after football - The_Hero - 10-24-2017 Gregory Fletcher is still young but he knows he can't play football forever.
