Or a bunch of people using a similar VPN. Pest isn't listed there and he's one of the three targets on the post. Also Brokk Lee is not a multi. I'm like 99% sure.

Ok so here's what I've found, pest has a little bit different of an ip(you need to use 244 instead of 239) in order to find his listing, along with one other person (jasiej). The IP hosts seem to be from two different companies, siliconvalleywifi, and northamericancoax. I have no info on either of these, besides that they seem to offer similar IPs, hence why 10(?) show up at 239. I've also compiled a list of which is which, to make it easier to know.

Safe to say those are the same company. Probably lease to the same VPN but own different subnets.
