He's got so much money because it's been a few seasons since then. Hendrix was a GM and probably tried to get team friendly deals. Everyone should still be held to the same rules. Why have a rule book then? Just make up punishments each time something comes up. Sorry, @HENDRIX, you weren't "rich" enough or helpful enough for them to go easy on you for your first and only infraction.

This is a SERIES of abuses with less than clear intentions, though given the graphics investigation, I can't help but suspect that the two were related.  It might not be, but benefit of the doubt simply can not be employed here when there were overt abuses.

I completely get the "drop in the bucket" mentality regarding a fine, but I do have to challenge the other logic employed, namely, service to the league.  Er has done a TON for this league.  I am not disputing that in any way.  However, Noble did a ton for the league as well, but he got a one year suspension when he was caught breaking the rules.

So we're clear, Er > Noble, but there still needs to be a punishment.
Just because u fire everyone on your league doesn't mean they'll do it here

I don't fire people. I be a dick to them until they quit. HUGE difference in severance pay.

Great investigative work Head Office! I do have some questions that either the HO or Er can answer though:

1) Who deleted YoloSwag420's post? (Er knows this if he erased their mod log)

2) Why was YoloSwag420's post deleted?

3) Who's moderator logs were deleted? Why were they deleted?

4) Is there any acceptable reason for moderator logs to ever be deleted?

5) Other than YoloSwag420's missing "Same IP" post, have any other posts been found to have been deleted and then covered up through deletion of moderator logs?

Like others have mentioned, I find the punishment to be extremely light. Er tampered with an on-going investigation. That is a fact. If he didn't delete the YoloSwag420 post, he knows who did, and assisted in covering up their deletion. At the very least he is a witting accomplice to whatever is going on. For all we know that now deleted post contained an IP address or other evidence that would have linked a current user to YoloSwag420. However, now only Er and whoever deleted the post know this information. I appreciate all that the HO has done, I know this wasnt an easy investigation or an easy decision. Thank you. However, I implore you to keep going there are definitely more questions that need to be answered.

Can we just hire this man as this league's investigative detective?
