Also, seriously you are fighting with meme like articles? That's basically an equivalent of the things like Memeday or Declaration of Independent Memeing.
You have good and sensible tampering rules that could have take care of it if anything escalated. So far it only sparked activity and some excitement on the site.

Without going into specifics - we found at least one example of it being taken seriously and escalating. This decision instead of jumping to any punishments.
