Obviously guys doing jobs do a lot of work and help the league a lot. When you're giving them basically 9 TPE over 4-5 weeks when a normal person can earn that with 3 1300 articles, or could out earn it with 1 3000 word article every season, that's not much of an incentive to do their job.

If the issue is getting people to want jobs and wanting to not give them a TPE advantage, why not raise the amount of money people get paid for the jobs?
If the salary is increased those with jobs won't need to spend time doing other things, they might be more willing to do them.

Pay has been increased for jobs for anyone who wants to apply, we still need one more. Please PM me your application. There currently is no head updater, so that job is open as well. If nobody wants to be head I will just organize the updaters and continue to serve as a backup updater.
