(S13) - PT 4 - The Other Guys - SwagSloth - 02-28-2019 A DSFL PT? Weird flex but okay. That said, I’d like to take an opportunity to show some love to @Jepox. Now, we all know Slim Shady has been straight killing it up in the DSFL, but at the same time, Corwin Davenport has been an absolute beast down in the DSFL. He’s currently ranked #3 in total rushing yards, but is closing on on the #2 spot (down by only 9 yards) and he boasts 5.1 yards per carry, the most of any DSFL RB with 213+ carries. Of course, some might mention that C. Knox is also averaging 5.1 YPC, but he’s a filthy robot, so it doesn’t count. So, 213 is the cut-off. Which is clearly not an arbitrary number plucked to make a player look good. (See ESPN, I can do it, too.) Now, as if that weren’t enough, Davenport is also the league’s leading RB receiver with 24 catches and 234 receiving yards. Not only that, he’s ranked 2nd in Rushing TDs (15) and tied for 1st in combined TDs (17). That’s more than any QB in the league. This is a guy who has a bright future ahead of him. Big props to Mr. Davenport. We salute you! 220 Words (S13) - PT 4 - The Other Guys - YoungTB - 02-28-2019 damn bro the dsfl was lit i mean really lit we had by far the greatest team of all time man i mean really great the san antonio marshals man those were the days i'm telling ya dude we were really the best and we did everything the best and i mean really best so yeah i'm about to tell you about those days so first when we had brown the best brown in marquis brown he was tearing the entire league up man tit was incredible to watch he set records man but fuck man boija stole my records it's all good though he's in the philly but yeah dude it's awesome to see i love this team the marshals and i loce the liberty they were so good the s8 marshals man that was incredible to watch i am seriously awestruck at how awesome it was and yeah so thanks for watching this vlog about the dsfl it was a tough one because i was tearing up but i kinda love you so much and i want to hug you and kiss you and squeeze you if you're going through a rough time man just pm me seriously this isn't a joke anymore just pm me on discord if you're having trouble with anything or are having a rough time i've been going through some shit my self and it sucks but just saying man just let me know i wanna help you dude or go to 7 cups anyways man i love you i hope you're doing well (S13) - PT 4 - The Other Guys - uncleleo#39;skomrade - 02-28-2019 As Joseph Henry's first season in the DSFL is coming to a close, he begins to think about his future career in the NSFL. When he thinks about the draft there are two teams that he would love to hear call his name: the Yellowknife Wraiths and the Orange County Otters. The idea of playing for the Yellowknife Wraiths is very enticing for Henry as it is the only Canadian team in the NSFL. Being born and raised in Canada, it would be a dream for Henry to be able to play for a team in the Great White North and represent his country. The game of gridiron football is experiencing growth within Canada and Joseph Henry would love to do his part. The Orange County Otters are also a very interesting team to Joseph Henry. They are a storied franchise in the league having won the Ultimus Trophy a third of the league's seasons. This history of success are a very intriguing factor. Also, who doesn't love Otters? Orange County definitely has the best mascot in the entire league. Also, who doesn't want to live in Orange County? California is a epicenter of main major movements in the world and Henry would love to be in the mix of it. Now although these are the two teams that Joseph Henry would love to play for, he ultimately just wants the chance to prove himself in the NSFL. Therefore, he would be thrilled to pull on any team's jersey next season. He'll always consider Tijuana to be a second home for him, and luckily, he got drafted by Orange County. That means he's close enough to visit whenever he's got some spare time. He'll be able to visit with his two former GMs, who still spend quite a bit of time in TIjuana, even though the both stepped down from their positions. Skarsgard really ripped up the DSFL while he played there, although he was about sixty pounds lighter at that point too. As the star linebacker for the Tijuana Luchadores, he accumulated almost 250 tackles and fifteen sacks over the two seasons he spent there. He was a runner-up for DSFL Linebacker of the Year in his first season, and not only won that award his second season, but also took home the DSFL Defensive Player of the Year award and was a co-league MVP. You could say that Skarsgard made himself a DSFL legend in the time he was there, and while he was super grateful and thankful to make it to the NSFL level, a part of him will always miss being a star in the DSFL. Oh well. He'll always have the memories.
