Just want to chime in and verify that youngcricket has been a fantastic teammate and LR presence. He’s very active in conversations and always treats teammates with respect. One of the first things he did after getting drafted was ask questions about our defense in order to make sure he was building his player to compliment the rest of the team. We’re very grateful to call him our teammate.

At the end of the day though I like the discussion posts like this and people talking and making cases for awards. People should care who wins and if they didn’t win, and the passion is good imo provided it’s just in a fun nature competing for hardware.

It's news to me that Lee was ever a problem. Being on the Pythons my first season he was nothing but positive and a nice guy to talk to.
I also think its bogus to vote against someone because of their locker room behavior, especially if its based on interactions from over a year or two ago. Awards are performance based, character should not be evaluated as it is irrelevant.

This past year's results shows the voting committee needs a revamp. They really dropped the ball on this one and it's not fair to the users that were competing for it.
Also voting for someone, or saying you would vote for someone, because they are a great LR guy is prime example that this is a popularity contest more than looking at the actual numbers and how they helped their team in the standings.
