40 Tackles, 18 TFL, 2 Sacks
Grayson Kuusela
54 Tackles, 1 TFL, 1 FF, 1 FR, 12 Sacks
D'Pez Poopsie
46 Tackles, 1 FF, 10 Sacks

so the split is what, is
17 TFL>14 TCK, 1 FF, 1 FR and 10 SCK

I ignore D'Pez because Kuusella > his stats off the bat.

What do we measure or rather how the worth is of 17 TFL, whats a FF and a FF worth, whats each sack worth and whats each tackle worth?

I also think that attempting to villainise people who value different stats to make your own case look better is an awful look too.
Man Its almost as if I said statistically Kuusela wins and then provided a number on why Kuusela wins and then said that people who automaticaly say sacks are the only thing that matters is bad. Its almost like my arguments were based around statistics and instead of asking what my statistics were or how to answer the question you asked that I answered in my post you just decided to snark at me.

Its incredibly unfair to anybody playing as a cornerback in the league. You can not get sacks as a cornerback in our sim because we disabled it, obviously the guys who have a stupid amount of sacks and a completly boosted amount of tackles while also staying on pace for the DB only stats (PD/INTS) will always win out over true DB's. As if playing as a CB isnt already shit enough, you're now ineligible to win your own award because you have people not even playing in the position winning it, getting stats you cant actually get.

Like be real with me, CB's already generally get fucked by the award being DBOTY because generally safeties will have better seasons between sacks, TFL, FF/FR while ordinarily matching your ints/pds unless you had a stormer of a season. So now not only do CB's get cock twanged by safeties (but thats bearable because as weve seen recently, you can out perform them). Now they're getting cunt plumped by the fact that unless they're lining up at the role that the guys in yellow play, they will never ever win the award ever again.

At the very least split DBOTY into three seperate awards, CB, S and then like S@LB of the year award. Or lump them in with linebackers because that's what they are now. We already have people not enjoying their time at CB because of how streaky it is to begin with regardless of 5 , 500 or 5000 tpe. Now we're at a point where if we arent using the meta, we wont have a chance winning our own fuckin award.

I'm going to bump this so you fuckers dont just skip over this and continue to cock block an entire position from having a chance to try to win their own award. This fucker needs to be changed/altered/fixed ASAP.

I mean Mendonca over Gump, yes, but listing it out that way makes it seem a lot more one sided than it was lol. It was 4 rushing yards for example, and 0.6 YPC is fuckin massive. Bex and my efficiency was huge this season. Like it doesn't matter cuz he had the better year, but that's the point of the RBBC - sacrificing a few stats here and there for a huge boost to efficiency.

Sooooo much this. Taylor had an unbelievable and was easily the best defensive back playing at defensive back in the league (as a matter of fact it is in the top 10 most PDs in a season in league history) and he won't get a nod for DBotY because of someone playing at LB.

We had a similar yet different scenario last year when Jensen who played mostly at S but occasionaly at CB had one of the greatest seasons in DB history (if not the) and you still had the moaners out that D'Attoria should've won it when he literally lined up all season in the meta position mentioned above.

Being honest I dont think my posts or re-posts will even change anything as generally we don't want to change anything if it anyway inhibits our teams, even if it definetly aids the league and its players ten or even a hundred fold.
