I realized I'm stupid and I overspent by 10 TPE the past two updates. I spent 20 TPE to get pass blocking from 77 to 79 instead of 10 TPE. I added that 10 TPE to my bank but if there is a more formal process to clear this up then let me know.

Added too much to reach audit numbers, deducted 10 but added 20 to achieve the same result.
