I really don't get what brought you into the decision you made. If it's how Sarasota treats you, I really can't comprehend the way you stand towards Sarasota. I didn't see you being treated bad or anything else. I hope you find what you are looking for in another place in time!

The claims aren’t baseless. If anything, yours are. I was just doing my due diligence to make sure the league knows that this is 100% your doing and is not a black mark on Sarasota.

I know what it feels like to have reputation dragged by someone who was mad for ridiculous reasons, I wanted to make sure that it would not happen to my co GM, my teammates and myself yet again.

Alternatively, if and when you are ready to come back to the league, which I still hope you do, you will be welcomed back with open arms. If you want expansion, you gotta work for it. I’ve gone on record saying your bid was one of the most competent bids put together (by anyone, not just newbies).

I would’ve been fine if you had said to not draft you. There were 270 other prospects. But we wanted YOU. We took a risk on YOU. It didn’t pay off, but hey, no sweat off our backs. Not like we could’ve picked someone who, you know, said they wanted to be here and actually did want to be here.

Alas, to each their own, and certainly nobody was forcing you to like Sarasota. But I won’t hear any nonsense that I (or anyone else on the team) treated you with anything less than genuine respect and friendliness.

I think you missed the part where I said this had nothing to do with Sarasota. However, after seeing your reaction to me taking care of myself, I do not frankly care what your opinion of me is. If you must know, before I retired I said these exact words to frost “I don’t want to fuck over the team because I want to leave.” Whatever you need to do to save face I guess mate.

Taking care of yourself? What the fuck are you talking about? If you had stated that you’re stepping away to focus on IRL stuff or your mental health or something, my reaction would’ve been a lot different.
