Been meaning to talk to you about that. ~grins~ It just means that based on overall rating you wouldn't be the safety. The author isn't able to view team depth charts, so it was based solely on overall rating. Trust me, you will be starting.

Wow this article shocked me. I didn't think that any DE would have a higher OVR rating than me. But at the same time I know why the sim had Davidson higher rated and clearly it's an example of how OVR ratings don't matter too much.

thats all! I am really shocked at peoples reactions who somehow took this to be my opinion or gospel, all I did was compare overall ratings As flawed as it may be, I still thought it was interesting.

It is interesting as all get out, but I'm curious about distribution, if I can dig a bit. For example, in Madden, Awarness Speed and Strength are the stats that impact a player's overall the most, so for example, Garden is considered the best Wide Reciever in the league but his OVR may be lower than Stormblessed because the latter has more speed. Just curious, what is the weighting?
