You actually still have 28 banked TPE, because you only spent 60 TPE on speed, and you actually spent 13 on competitiveness. I have left all of your attributes the same and banked the excess TPE.

Okay so I MEGA fucked up last update, here's what happened:
- RAused the old update scale rather than the new one, so I actually spent 90 TPE instead of 60 on Speed. -30 to banked
- 2 extra TPE more than claimed was added to the total, and then spent on Competitiveness. -2 to total.
So I actually have 406 TPE and -2 TPE Banked, that's why I reduced my Hands Attribute.
