Generally LBs can play DE, S, even some CB.

They have 1 CB on their roster who has 160 TPE (average) who hasnt posted in two weeks
They have Isaiah Rashad, a safety by trade, playing CB at 120 TPE.

TBF Safeties were better than actual CBs until the buff recently.

I reckon a highly active DB would improve the outlaws more than a #2 RB would tbh. for me, the only real argument for them to sign a RB over a DB is to trade him on to a team with a need at RB, assuming that trading down isn't an option... but no team has a real need at RB as far as i can tell so whats the value there?

yeah, rashad started to show signs of slowing down, and was getting burned a lot last season. It's only a matter of time before he is not a starter, and with wrs constantly getting better it may be next season. They will need a DB more than a RB
