I'm more saying you're an exception not a rule.

I'm just messing around, although it did seem as if some of the other FAs got paid. That doesn't solve the extension issue but it's a start

I'm not going to make a change with it being a 5 vote difference. If it was overwhelming then this would move to a proper head office proposal/discussion

Honestly, I get that, not too worried. Last season when I brought it up no one seemed to care too much. Another season or two and things should be clear enough.

I think by the time most people have retired and recreated this problem will not exist. People will likely just be looking for less work at that point.
