Winning breeds content in pretty much everything where other people are losing. Just take your blows and dish em out too, because screw them you're winning! I've personally made several Hawks jokes, but I've made similar jokes about every other team in the league. Additionally, I probably make the most jokes about my own team and its players. I think the vast majority of Gibsongate jokes another other related things are good natured and people don't think the Hawks are cheaters, bad people, or anything else.

I'd recommend you take a step back and just realize people are just participating in standard friendly banter. Don't take it to heart and just keep doing your thing. Get more of your guys on discord and whenever Gibson or anything else comes up, just dish it out to other teams.

Here's a starter kit:

Legion-Holy shit. This team is literally garbage. They're so bad their GM bet another team he would go to their team if his team didn't win two games over the next two seasons. Now, the GM wanting out is bad enough. But get this, he might actually lose that bet and leave his team AND that would probably make his team better!

Yeti-Remember how bad the Legion are? The Yeti got knocked out of the playoffs by the very same team. Lol. The Yeti's locker room is so boring the rumor is there are only two pages of posts and they're all just big bot talking to himself.

Wraiths-Can you say choke artists? These guys are the Bengals of the NSFL. Great WR, solid OL, and a bipolar QB. Their star linebacker is always getting in fights with everybody and their CB won't shut up. Plus, they hype up a rookie WR and ship him off to Legion 2.0 in San Jose? Take your pick!

SaberCats-I think Legion 2.0 pretty much covers it. People are jumping off of this team like it's the Titanic. How many games did they lose in a row? Their best defender would rather play in Philadelphia.

Liberty-This team started with a holdout. That player made half of the players on their rival shitty paint "tshirt" sigs and some of them are still using them just to shit on the team. Their logo looks like Taco Bell and they're the most optimistic group of losers I've ever seen.

Otters-Their #1 pick and Lord and Savior, Master of the Sim, who forgot more than you could ever forget forgot his password to the site and founded a whole new league. Their QB throws interceptions faster than the Liberty FO serves up Tacos. Their next GMs stepped down for the following reasons: I'd rather GM a DSFL team, and I have school or something. The team is an EFL feeder team for fucks sake. Their mascot is an Otter and they had the shittiest player in the league hold out for them this season.

Outlaws-Where to begin. They only win cuz they sim. The whole team is 11 years old. King Bronko is trash. The offense is trash. Tim Pest might be illiterate. They traded their star WR1 and he almost retired and #Drama and then they did it again! Half their team is in the HO so that's got to be some form of cheating too. Lol Rashad couldn't tackle a scarecrow (also remember the player's union dictatorship!). And one GM is literally giving the other a blowjob in the front office RIGHT NOW (this is true!).

My point is. We're all here for fun, just dish it out. As the person that gets accused of cheating on a daily basis. If you're not cheating, who the hell cares?!
