I don't think it's an arrow. I think it's a delta. Which is a symbol meaning change. So a Delta of -2 means dropping 2. A delta of +2 is increasing 2.

Fun read! I was trying to think of how I would rank the teams and really, it's incredibly difficult with so many moving parts.

Moreover really dang hard to do when not a single snap has been played espically with how many moving parts have been present this year.
