Your archetype's pass blocking now caps at 50, not 55. You have been refunded the 10 TPE into your bank, unless you would like to reinvest them elsewhere. The maxes on your Player Page have been updated to reflect these changes effective one offseason ago.
Other changes have been made in the update so as to not hold that up any longer.
