It is genuinely nice to have someone from our neck of the woods on this site. It is a very isolated feeling - from trying to sneak in watching day games at work while most are relaxing and watching at night, to just generally being online at the wrong times to join in the bulk of discussion.
Whenever I see your name, I'm reminded that someone else from 'down here' decided to join this league too, and that makes me happy.
Plus, from all the interactions I've had with you, you're a great guy.

@timeconsumer When the halcyon days of the OG Otters and Outlaws rivalry were in full swing I loved arguing with you and competing against you. Now many moons have passed and while you are still a grump sometimes you are one of the best people to shoot the shit with in this league. We can argue at times but I always respect ya.
@tlk742 Where do I even begin man... Truthfully the best way to sum it up is I hope we can meet IRL one day because you are one of the coolest doods there is. So glad to have met you through this league, so glad our child is following in our footsteps. When the Crabs win a title I'm buying you a god damn six pack and shipping it myself.
@DeathOnReddit You are a wild and crazy man, and always have been. I respect your tenacity for sim leagues, and while we did have a small falling out at one point I'm glad everything has been beyond patched up. You are an OG and if I can ever be of any help to you, no matter what, let me know.
@Bzerkap We don't really chat as much as we used to but I always look forward to getting a DM from you on the discord, you're a hilarious guy and, despite your avi, I'm happy to know ya.
@iamslm22 You're a relentlessly hard worker across all sim leagues, a cool dude and a great mentor to new players. You're, in short, emblematic of what is good about sim leagues.
@Jiggly_333 hands down one of the most unique people I've ever met. You're unapologetic in your eccentricity and I love it. One of these days when you turn 21 you're coming up to the city and we can grab a drink and a taco and share some music. I know people will hate on you in sim leagues for the gifs and everything, but truthfully it's hard to not respect your grind.
@kckolbe Another one of those guys who I don't remain as close to as when I was really active around here, but you are one of the glue guys who keeps the sim leagues running. So much respect for you my friend. Also, when our conversation steers away from sim leagues I've always found you to be incredibly level-headed. And for what it is worth, I thought you were a pretty good PBE commish.
@ADwyer87 Well well well if it isn't olllll Dwyer. Probably my first real good pal in the sim league, and now we are buds IRL. One of these months we'll both be in the same city and be able to BOOL together, and I can't wait. You're a cool guy who has probably the polar opposite political viewpoints of me, but hey what the hell, we get along so god damn well and it makes me so happy. Bronko to Chess was the GOAT combo of the NSFL DONT AT ME HATERS.
I am missing soooooo many of the people that make sim leagues awesome, please don't consider an omission a lack of respect or friendship. Just got busy at work and had to stop for now.

Remember that PM? At least we got our bullshit out of the way pretty early.
I remember a few times we got to briefly chat government/politics in discord, and I did wish there'd been more of those chats.
Really appreciate the kind words, don't think anyone has ever described my sim league impact that generously.
