If you just look at the value of the players/picks in this trade, it is clear we overpaid. However if you consider that it will help us keep our young core in tact and begin winning games, then I'd say we got an absolute bargain.
This really is the best way to look at the trade from your guys perspective. You overpaid for the player, but you need to improve right away. I guess I would've went about this whole process differently.
