Swagsloth literally didn`t affect anything and owned up to it himself and was given a huge punishment. Now no one is going to admit it.

Also I feel like how punishments are announced publically first is kind of stupid. Like you shouldn`t have to find out that you were punished from a public announcement. They should privately message that and give the player the chance to appeal before it is announced so their name doesn`t get defamed

They normally aren't announced public first. This was a miscommunication within HO that caused Kolbe to not be messaged. It's normal procedure to message and get their side of the story but it got lost in the shuffle with us waiting to announce it till after the draft.
