As much fun as it has been being a QB and carrying the torch for my team, part of me misses the DT role. You might find that odd as DT isn't a spotlight position, but it's rare position of need and it brought me a lot of pride to fill that role for my team. DEs and DTs don't tend to get the big stats, but I felt like my impact was made on the field and that, as I gained more TPE, it helped the defenders around do their jobs better. It's the ultimate team player role and one I may take another shot at when it comes time to recreate. I do think, if I were to go back to DT, I would avoid Interior Rusher and instead go Nose Tackle or Balanced. I learned during my time in the role that, for D-Line, Strength is king and therefore, that higher strength cap makes a big difference. Perhaps one day, Andrew Reese's son will dominate the role that he once filled during his early days in the NSFL. Not to say I regret going QB; I don't! It's been great despite being a very challenging position even with high TPE. No one can say for sure what's Reese's ultimate impact in the league will be, but I still miss the days of playing D-Line from time to time.

The player I would switch with is probably Xavier Flash because for so many years people have made fun of him for being the irrelevant wide receiver of the San Jose Sabercats even though he still palys a big role. Sure, he has not had the stats someone would think he would get and playing alongside a great wideout like Oles for so long definitely hurt his targets with a diva receiver across from Flash. The Sabercats also have primarily been a rush first offense also which has hurt so I would switch with Flash primarily to see him get the ball on every snap. I think he would be a great one to run our spread offense and if we are assuming no skills transfer over, probably a 100% rushing offense so we don't have to worry about Christ trying to catch passes with his stone hands. The Spread Offense is fun and Flash could easily run it with his speed and skills. I think the sim has a glitch too with QBs at wide receiver so Christ could have some fun getting a ton of yards until we got yelled at by the people in charge and forced to retire due to our penalties.

James Bishop plays wide receiver for the Colorado Yeti. He always does everything to the best of his ability. Whether that be punt and kick returner or simply catching balls from the quarterback. James has great hand size and speed to go with his large frame. But if he was to play another position it would be that of a cornerback. Beau Montgomery would switch for the day. Beau the natural athlete and smart man that he is would be able to pick up his job and learn it all very quickly. Beau would likely make a great receiver in the NSFL but sticks with the corner position because he enjoys the challenge of it all. James would love to play corner but the thing he just can’t do is tackle. He can knock guys over with his strength, he can beat guys deep with his speed, he would also be able to pick the quarterback with his great vision and catching ability. But if the ball was to get passed him and into the receivers hands. All bets are off. James might slow them down but he would eventually be beaten. Good thing that’s not what he does for a living. Needless to say, they would not switch for a real game. It would not be beneficial to the winless Yeti.
