As a corner my most coveted record is interceptions in a season. If I can not only lead the league in interceptions, but break the record for most interceptions in a season that is a sign that I am one of the greats at my position. I don't really care about the record for interceptions in a game as that can happen just from the right matchup and doesn't necessarily show dominance at the position for an entire season. I would also like to end my career as the all time interceptions leader, but that is so far away hopefully that I am not even worried about that at the moment.

In order to become the season interceptions leader I have a lot of work to do, and seeing as most teams in the DSFL hardly ever pass the ball my best chance to do it probably won't be until I've made my way to the NSFL. I'm not particularly great at catching the ball right now, and I need to take more time watching film to get smarter about knowing what route the receiver I'm covering is running. I have been focusing almost solely on speed at the moment, as that it what my coach wants me to focus on and I definitely won't ever get any interceptions if I can't keep up with speedy receivers once I get to the NSFL.

Wow, there are so many records I would want to break in both leagues. For now, we’re only going to be talking about DSFL records since I currently play in the DSFL. As a WR, I’ve always wanted to break the elusive Receiving Yards in a Season Record. It would prove to everyone who passed on me that they made a mistake and it cemets my legacy in the DSFL. I doubt that I will break this record but my stats this season aren't half bad. I don’t know, maybe it could happen in another reality.
Now here is a record I don’t believe that I will ever get. There is absolutely no circumstance I have this record. The record I am talking about is most kick return yards in a season. One of the obvious problems with this is that we don’t get kicked to much. We mostly get punted to because of our electric defense. Another problem is how I am not very good at kick returning. I don’t like to admit it but this was my first season playing kick returner(including high school). Maybe I could win the punt returning record. I’m not doing that badly returning punts this season. Well, that's a debate for another day.

If I could set just one receiving record over the duration of Hugh Mongo's career, I think I'd have to choose receiving touchdowns. There are some other records that I'd love to have that we simply can't measure, so among the records that can actually, tangibly be achieved, I'm going touchdowns all the way. For obvious reasons. Why? Well - and to be honest I'd love to break yards for the same reason but I can only do so much - because an unworthy player has surpassed Otters legend Bradley Westfield at the top of the receiving touchdowns list. Trey Willie, generally insufferable human being, hung around for an extra forty games over Westy to steal all of his records. Even though Westfield, had he stuck around for his entire career, would have bulldozed any hope of Trey Willie ever touching his records. So I'd like to have an Otter back atop that list. If it can't be Westfield, then I guess I'd like the honor. Unfortunately it's pretty damn unlikely. Apart from balance changes we've made that make receiving a little more difficult, it's unlikely that I play as many games as Trey Willie did, nor will I be my team's primary wide out for a long enough time to pull it off. Still, a guy can dream.

Tyrone Biggums is aiming to break two records in the DSFL and one record in the NSFL. In the DSFL with the help of Jim Mcmahon Tyrone will break the total receiving touchdown record for the San Antonio Marshals as a rookie. He has 5 already and only needs two more two break the record.
As a send down in the DSFL with being a 250 TPE capped out player I look to break the longest San Antonio Marshal’s catch of 53 yards with a top speed of ninety. With this extra TPE I look to help Jim Mcmahon break the completion percentage record set at sixty five percent.

Over a long career in the NSFL I hope to become the all time receiving leader for my NSFL team. I hope to stay with one team for an entire career and provide a steady insurance blanket for my quarterback. If that is not possible than at least a game reception record where I was absolutely peppered with targets. This would mean I was a chain mover, offensive focal point that could not be stopped. And finally if that is not possible than at least the all time leader in punt or kick return yards for my team that I am with for the entirety of my career.

This is an easy one for me. A goal I set when I switched to running back was to break the career rushing yards record. When Chicago called me up immediately I knew I had a chance. The schedule change down to 13 games per season will definitely make the feat even more difficult.

Currently Mackworthy holds the career rushing yards record at 12,208, though Marquise Brown could break the record this season or will almost assuredly break it next season. Let's say the record is pushed to 13,000 yards. Torenson had 1458 yards last season and is on pace for 1529 this season. This gives him an average of 1494 yards per season. To break 13,000 yards he will need to keep this pace for 9 seasons. Since regression hits only after 7 seasons this record seems very breakable in my opinion.

One added benefit of Torenson's situation, is the fact that he started his career at the same time as the Chicago franchise was born. He will almost certainly be the career rushing yardage leader for the franchise for a very long time.

Of course, for all of this to happen, one thing is more important than everything else. Torenson absolutely has to stay healthy for his entire career.

The record I would most want to break is the record for all time interceptions. This record is what all defenders aspire to get and getting it would lock anyone into the hall of fame. Dermot Lavelle is arguably the best player ever to play in the NSFL and breaking his most famous record would be an astronomical feat. Every little kid dreams of breaking a record like that and to actually breka it would be a dream come true. To break this record, it would require enormous production over my next 7-8 seasons. I would need to get either 8 or 7 picks per season. Doing so with enough consistency to break the record would make me the best player ever to step onto a football field. I have struggled with getting interceptions so far in my career, but I won't give up on trying. If I couldn't break the interceptions record, I would want to break the record for career forced fumbles. I know forced fumbles isn't a flashy stat but in my eyes it signifies a tenacious defender who laying down hits and ripping the ball free. This is a record I feel I actually have a chance at, as I have done a very solid job of getting the ball free so far in my career. Breaking a record would be a lifetime of work fulfilled even more than it already has been by my Ultimus ring.
