(S1) - PT #1 - Draft Profile - Molarpistols - 05-25-2017

Ian Matthias Bavitz is an up-and-coming prospect out of Boston University. At Boston, he racked up plenty of statistics and accolades, earning Defensive Player of the Year for the Terriers several times in his collegiate career. (37)

After completing his degree in Visual Arts, Ian "Aesop Rock" Bavitz continued his love of football by entering the NSFL draft. The sturdy build and steadfast workmanship he obtained from carpentry has served a dual purpose in making him an ideal football player. Ian's grittiness and determination earned the admiration of his coaches, most notably his Linbacker's coach, Tony Simon. Simon says, "Ian is the most complete player we've had through our doors here at Boston University. In fact, I even dropped my dream of becoming a famous linebacker to help hone and nurture his talents. This guy is such a badass, we've even made a couple rap albums together, look it up." (113)

The most prolific footballer in Boston history, Ian Bavitz, will be a great boon to whichever team picks him up. A student of the game, Ian can often deduce the play call before his coaches have even checked the playbook. As such, he often says "We don't need no walkie-talkies. No, no walke-talkies." He religiously wraps up his prey and violently introduces them to the ground, shouting "NONE SHALL PASS" the entire way to the dirt, for his victim it must seem an eternity. Once the dust settles Bavitz arises and leads his team in a spirited "T-A-K-E-N-O-P-R-I-S-O-N-E-R-S." (100)

(S1) - PT #1 - Draft Profile - adam2552 - 05-25-2017

Lincoln Jefferson was a five-star recruit coming out of high school and one of the most highly recruited WRs of his class. His combination of size and speed made him a commodity that all the top college programs wanted. After a lengthy recruitment process, Jefferson chose Alabama as his college destination during the Under Armour All American Game (10 catches / 172 yards / 2 TDs).

However, before ever donning the Crimson, Jefferson was kicked off the team for an unspecified rules violation. While neither the team nor Jefferson have ever officially commented on what the rules violation was, it appears related to an alleged Snapchat story that was posted on Jefferson’s account. The story featured a man, who looked similar to Jefferson, allegedly utilizing drug paraphernalia.

The reach of Nick Saban is far and wide, and the once coveted prospect was now almost untouchable. Jefferson was able to find a school that would allow him to play year 1 though. Division III school, Rowan University, near Jefferson’s hometown, was willing to give him a change. Jefferson suited up as a freshman and simply outclassed the competition. Jefferson’s biggest game was the last game of the 2014 season versus Johns Hopkins. Rowan would lose the game, but no fault of Jefferson who recorded 22 catches, 315 yards, and 4 touchdowns. Jefferson would end the season breaking Scott Pingel’s D-III single season receptions, yards, and touchdowns records.

Jefferson, Lincoln WR Rowan 11 games, 147 catches, 2252 yards, 29 touchdowns.

The most important aspect of Jefferson’s time at Rowan though was that he seemingly stayed out of trouble. After his freshman year, Syracuse head coach Scott Shafer took interest in giving Jefferson a shot at the D-I level. Syracuse was coming off a 3-9 season and needed an injection of talent. As it was Jefferson’s only offer to get back to a D-I program, he accepted the offer.

Jefferson’s sophomore year at Syracuse was a quiet one. Despite his talent being evident, he was unable to string together any success with the inconsistent quarterback play. Jefferson ended the season with just 35 catches for 101 yards and 2 touchdowns. The season for Syracuse ended with coach Scott Shafer being fired. In what would turn out to be a blessing for Jefferson, Syracuse hired former Bowling Green head coach and passing game expert Dino Babers.

Jefferson, Lincoln WR Syracuse 12 games, 35 catches, 101 yards, 2 touchdowns.

Jefferson’s junior year was the year where it all finally came together for him. Coach Babers was able to bring out the best in Jefferson. Jefferson became the top target on one of the most pass-heavy offenses. While his route tree was limited, no other player in college had the same jump-ball ability as Jefferson. Jefferson was the highlight of the season for Syracuse. Jefferson became recognized as one of the best WRs in the country and was named as a finalist for the Biletnikoff Award.

Jefferson, Lincoln WR Syracuse 12 games, 142 catches, 1941 yards, 15 touchdowns

After finally being able to show his potential, Jefferson has declared for the NSFL Draft. Where he will be drafted remains a mystery. Many believe the Alabama incident led to him being snubbed from the Combine and the All-American game. Sources say that some NSFL GMs have removed Jefferson from their board entirely, but it only takes 1 GM to give this gifted athlete a chance at redemption.

(S1) - PT #1 - Draft Profile - Bojo - 05-25-2017

Written: Must include 200 words about a player in the draft

Bojo Kicksit, long lost cousin of Bojo Biscuit, enters the draft full of beans and ready to boot some balls into the home run goals. Bojo has been known to score a triple double while rounding the bases, and has hit at least 3 hat tricks in the past few seasons in high school.

One of the more impressive features of his physique is the fact that he commonly gets referred to as Chun-Li with his shockingly large thighs and frequent wearing of panties. Whenever Bojo gets an assist the crowd yells "PERFECT".

Born out of the dirty south in Cola SC, home of the actual fireflies and the Tebow Fireflies, Bojo would practice kicking things at people on a daily basis living in the homeless part between Huger and Blossom street. Some scouts took notice and put some eggs in front of him to boot through the uprights. The shells broke immediately, but they knew he had talent.

Some say to this day you can hear Bojo kicking in the late hours of the night. And if you leave cookies out your window, not only will he win the triple crown the next day, he'll steal your cookies and whatever extra toilet paper you have available. Please don't call the cops.

l Mark Ramrio l # 98 l DT l 6'2" 295lbs l

Strength

Ramrio is a very consistent and full of energy accompined with a balanced combination of strength and agility. He spent his whole life playing Pennsylvania football and that speaks to the true nature of his character, Loyalty. He wants what is best for his team and supports those who support him. Along with that comes dedication, this man is a work horse and he takes every opprotunity he can to improve and it shows as there are very little weak points in his game. He plays his position well in all aspects and rarely looks lost

Weakness

Ramrio has not dedicated any of his time in one praticular skill. For that reason some say he is too balanced. There is really no skill Ramrio can be considered elite in. At the same time there isnt anything he cant handle and he rarley looks in over his head at the DT position. For that reason he may blend in more as an average player and unless he dedicates some time to a specific skill then his ceiling may not be far off.

Bottom Line

This guy right now may not blow you away with one specific skill set. However given time, dedication and a good coaching staff. He can be groomed into an elite DT with little to no weakness. As for right now he would fit great in a 4-3 scheme. He can make some great plays here and there and will rarley make mistakes. It would take a lot of misfortune for Ramrio to end up a bust in the NSFL. But I've seen crazier things.

Bisquiteen Crocker (DE)
Height: 6'2" Weight: 244
Position: Defensive End
School: Harvard

Bisquiteen hails from the Mississippi Delta region. A 3 star recruit out of High School, he attended Delta State University for 1 year before transferring to Harvard. He recently took center stage in the national spotlight due to the Harvard Football cheating ring, where he is supposedly one of the leaders of the cheating ring. Famously, the only comment he made about it was "I ain't come here to know noth'un but who got the ball, and how to crush 'im"

Head Coach Tim Murphy said of Bisquiteen, "Shame to see him leave the program so early, one of the leaders of our team, really made sure that everyone was alright on and off the field."

Crocker's play style is defined by his speed and endurance, as well as his agility. He will go after the quarterback all day long until the QB runs in from him.

Whoever drafts Bisquiteen is getting a hard worker, determined to get away from the poverty he grew up in. He is both a locker room leader and a night mare for opposing teams. His dream is to set the career sack record by the time he retires, and is driven to do whatever it takes to get there.

(S1) - PT #1 - Draft Profile - BenderRodriguez - 05-25-2017

Hometown hero Bender Rodriguez was a five-star recruit at Temple following a high school career speckled with controversy. As a freshman at Bending Technical School, he led the Technicians to three blowout victories against Saint Michael's Academy, Timberton Friends School, and bitter rivals Angler Vocational School. A dominant force at running back, opponents simply found it nearly impossible to take him down. In each of these games, he racked up at least 155 yards on the ground, with a high of 215 yards and 3 TDs in his final game. Unfortunately, he was deemed ineligible to play the remainder of his freshman year due to breaking the school's alcohol policy.

Bender was outed when a member of the coaching staff at Angler VS spotted him at dive bar he frequented. The anonymous coach caught him on his phone's camera holding two pitchers of Yuengling and telling another patron to "Bite my shiny metal ass."

After being reinstated his sophomore year, Bender managed to stay out of trouble, though some doubt he'd changed his consumption habits.

Temple took a chance on his undeniable talent as a player and moved him to RT to better fit his athletic profile. While at Temple, he proved to be a dynamic and powerful force on the line. However, his inability to stay out of trouble would continue to haunt him. He received a 2 game suspension after he was discovered passed out on the football field the morning of practice next to a pile of obviously shotgunned cans of Natural Ice. He claimed he was "just trying to be the first one to practice for once," but the coaching staff wasn't having it. His true Junior year (and his most recent year), he was yet again found guilty of alcohol abuse when he showed up to practice inebriated and fell asleep during team stretches. The latter case landed him a 4 game suspension; it should have been more but the school neglected to provide a breathalyzer test after the incident.

Strengths: NFL size and strength. Has plus speed for OL. Will not lose a hand-battle at the line. Side to side movement is quick and rarely gets beat on the perimeter. Unstoppable on the second level - pancakes smaller LBs and DBs with ease.

Weaknesses: Some of his size is flab - has room to develop muscle. Footwork needs adjustments - can get beat by technically sound edge rushers. Susceptible to inside spin move. Serious concerns about alcoholism may cause him to slip.

(S1) - PT #1 - Draft Profile - WizardStephen - 05-25-2017

Too Big. Too Fast. Too Strong. Too Good.

This is what comes to mind when watching film on NSFL wide receiver prospect Wizard Stephen, from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. With his 6’5” – 230lbs. frame, he towers over most defensive backs, and simply disregards any that attempt to contest the catch. Being compared to likes of Calvin Johnson, Stephen is truly man amongst boys. “He’s an absolute freak,” says one anonymous GM. “No one should be able to run that fast at his size. If you throw the ball anywhere remotely near his body, he’s going to come down with it.”

Off the field, Wizard Stephen likes to live up to the name his parents gave him. Being the son of two fantasy nerd bookstore owners, Michael and Janet Stephen, gave him his name Wizard. Since first learning to read at age 7 months, Wizard loved reading fantasy novels. He fell in love with the Harry Potter series, and has claimed to have read through it “at least 200 times.” But don’t let his love for fantasy novella obstruct your expectations for what he brings on the field. He is simply Too Big. Too Fast. Too Strong. Too Good.

The self-proclaimed greatest cornerback ever Dirk Cutter is certainly setting expectations high for himself as the NSFL enters its inaugural season.

After leading his high school to an undefeated season playing both QB and S Cutter was the most sought after Canadian and eventually committed to FSU after deciding he wanted "to get away from the damn cold." He was quickly converted to corner to take advantage of his exceptional speed and hide his sub-par tackling. Although he was a standout on the field Cutter did not perform well in the classroom and was put on academic probation his sophomore season after failing several midterms. However, that was simply a bump in the road as his grades improved entering his junior year (some hailed the tutors he worked with, most believe he was simply given the tests ahead of time). Cutter's junior year started brilliantly with 4 INTs and 2 KR TDs in FSU's first five games but was suspended the rest of the year after violating the NCAA's substance abuse policy and being charged with assault (which he claimed, "was just a bar fight, man").

Cutter provides everything a coach could want on the field but will need some help to transition to a true pro off the field (or a fall guy, whichever is easier for the team). He will look to raise his draft stock in Thurday night's All-American Bowl game.

OVERVIEW - Franklin Harris - DT

When it comes time to draft new players for your team, there is nothing better than a Day 1 starter who can grow as he plays. This is the perfect description for Defensive Tackle prospect Franklin Harris out of Houston. Although he played in a weaker conference, he still managed to display a set of skills that were raw, but certainly NFL ready. He didn't miss a single game in his 4 year career, and only found his name in the news praising his solid football skills. The fact is, Harris will assist in both the run and getting pressure on the QB, but won't necessarily be a star at either. He'll be an anchor on a teams defensive line for a long, solid career.

If it we're to be put into numbers, you could comfortably expect 5+ sacks in a season and anywhere from 20-30 tackles.

STRENGTHS

Solid, no-nonsense player who has starter potential as well as the potential to grow into a stud Defensive Tackle. Non-problematic off the field and potentially problematic for the opponent on the field.

WEAKNESSES

Fairly raw in regards to technique, and not a stud at any one thing. Will need time to get used to NFL level play and will need training to get better at one area of play.

(S1) - PT #1 - Draft Profile - Electraspace - 05-25-2017

It is often said that athletes occasionally "hit a wall" during a competition. For pass rushers in the SEC, however, it's much more likely that they run into the wall named Daniel Robicheaux. A standout left guard at Ole Miss, very few defensive linemen have gotten to the quarterback past him. His raw strength and pass blocking prowess are an excellent complement to the Rebels' high-flying offense, and his run-blocking skills are solid as well. Standing at 6'5" and weighing just over 310 pounds, his physique may not look special, but it's his abilities on the field that make him truly stand out. In just his sophomore year at Ole Miss, he proved to be instrumental in the Rebels' shootout Sugar Bowl victory against Ohio State, preventing several sacks and big hits, as well as making a crucial inside block that led to a 58 yard rushing touchdown. He only improved is his junior and senior seasons, racking up a multitude of solid blocks for both the passer and the running backs. Robicheaux, along with the rest of the Rebels' o-line (nicknamed the Mississippi House of Pancakes by locals), led to Ole Miss developing a destructive passing presence and near-unstoppable running game. Daniel entered the NSFL draft over the NFL's to the surprise of many, stating "I don't want to get overshadowed by the real big-name superstars." Despite this, he is sure to make a name for himself regardless of where he's sent. To whichever NSFL squad that drafts him, though, just make sure he doesn't injure any defenders at practice.
