In order to account for the -15 training and your build you submitted had 5 tpe more in the bank than you accounted for I updated your roster page by decreasing competitiveness by 9 and took away the 6 banked.

Last week we didnt' have a reliable tool to do a swap. See picture below. You were 8 tpe over. So i subtracted from compettiveness and intelligence to make it balanced. If you want to move around tpe next update as you don't like what I did please make note of it next update.
