Describe your player and/or team’s journey through this latest season. What were the highlights? What were the lower points? What might you have done differently? What are your expectations for next season? (5 TPE) It is no secret that the Norfolk Seawolves had what can be best described as a “very tough” season this past year in the DSFL. Finishing with a 3-10-1 record, good for 7th in the league simply won’t cut it for any team aspiring to make playoffs. Yes, it’s true that the Seawolves were among the youngest teams on the field but at some point, the talent has to shine through and carry the team to new heights. This season that did not occur. In terms of games played, the highlights of the season were the week 10 win over the London Royals (in London no less) where a heavy rush focused game brought them to a tie with seconds remaining. The defense would hold off a long run in the dying seconds to secure the win. The other highlight was the tie (the only one in the league this season) with the Kansas City Coyotes. The Seawolves offensive game was on point and even leading until the Coyotes scored a field goal in the last minute to round out the score. In S30 and with the fast turnover in the DSFL, it’ll be critical for the Seawolves to use their new core and go for the Ultmini next season before they head off to yet another rebuild. The endless cycle of the DSFL. In terms of players, there is quite possibly no one that has had quite the highlight year than rookie Tight End, Nick L. Back, who led the team with 908 yards received and a whopping 10 touchdowns. While it is true that he mostly played at wide receiver this season, it only goes to show what pure raw talent the young man has in the tank. Over the course of the season, the Canadian receiver has become faster and more dangerous in every facet of his game, leading to an impressive performance in a loss to the Tijuana Luchadores where he scored 2 touchdowns, 91 yards received in only 5 catches. Leading his team both on and off the field, it is really no surprise when looking back as to why the Seawolves named him within the leadership group of this S29 team. With the big S30 coming into view, it’ll be important for Nick L. Back to continue to exceed expectations once he is surrounded by a stronger returning cast. It’ll also be interesting to see whether Back can tone down his off-field antics and mature as a person once he is drafted by an ISFL team. (422 words) 25. Imagine your current position was not available to be picked when you created your player. What other position would you have picked, and why? (2.5 TPE) If Tight End was not an available position (for whatever reason) I would’ve probably gone either Wide Receiver or Kicker. Personally, I like to see my player contribute to the score of the game and not being well versed with grid iron football as a whole, I prefer to be in a point scoring position. The defensive game has never been one of interest to me even in real life. Now I know that plenty of people have also told be there is a Nickelback position (or formation?) and it would’ve been funny to have my player, Nick L. Back, at that spot, but it would’ve gone outside of why I play these leagues in the first place, to enjoy myself. I would go back to Wide Receiver, where I had success on my first player, because it’s an easy position to build towards and one that has some impact on the outcome without having to ‘max earn’. The same reasoning would apply for Kicker, and I guess Punter maybe, where at the end of their career, the numbers are there to show they contributed to their team’s success (or not). Ultimately, I just want to play to have fun and if someone forces me to swap to a position, I don’t want to play in order to continue being on a team, I would rather change team or quit altogether as that will be the moment, I will no longer be having fun. Expansion Expansion Expansion! The league seems to love talking about it, but it has still not happened. Tell us why it should happen / should not happen soon? Bigger is better, right? When it comes to simulation leagues I am usually in the camp of expansion is always good but it is a little bit different for the ISFL. First, let’s start with the reasons for expanding soon. If the league expands that helps to spread the talents around the league. With each expansion powerhouse teams lose pieces and the middling and basement teams can catch up a little. Parity is important in keeping members interested in the league. Next, it gets people hyped. Where is the new team or teams going to be located? Who will the new GM be? Most importantly what is the branding? It creates buzz that goes on for weeks and can help a usually long and dull offseason go by so much faster. Expanding means the site is growing and that growth needs to be nurtured. If the number of members keeps increasing but the roster space stays the same more and more people are going to be left out in the cold and that is the last thing you want to happen in a sim league. Finally in the argument for expansion, expanding brings the ISFL closer to emulating its real life counterpart the NFL. The NFL has 32 teams to the ISFL’s 14. Even adding the 8 DSFL teams means that we are dwarfed by real life. Getting the league up closer to what most are thinking of when they join the league will push people to go even further in their effort on the site. On the flip side of that coin is the plain fact that football teams are too damn big. NFL teams have a 48 player active roster for game days. That is a lot of people to keep track of for a hobby. But let’s say you get 48 people together, now you have to figure out who plays where. I’m not too knowledgeable on football and all the positions but I am willing to bet not too many people would be pumped to have to play center (no offense if that’s your position) or one of the other non-glorious positions. That means you are going to need bots. Lots and lots of bots. I think bot usage at the moment is fine but it is a fine line that needs to be walked. What is the active to bot ratio that is correct. All in all, I say expand. The bots will take over eventually anyway. (412 words) 2.5 Points 22. You’re in charge of entertainment for the Ultimus or Ultimini half-time show. What would you do? The Ultimus is a spectacle. It is one of, if not the, biggest sporting events of the year. It deserves and needs a halftime show that matches its level of importance. With that in mind for the 29th Ultimus we have to rip out all of the stops and let the halftime show run wild. In order to meet the grandeur of the game we are getting the biggest act in the entire world, all the way from South Korea, BTS, to perform live. Now I know what you are thinking: BTS doesn’t exactly scream ISFL and you are not wrong about that. One of the goals of the halftime show is to also draw more than just football fans in to watch. Think about the new markets we can expand into with BTS. But just having BTS perform is not enough. We need to go bigger. I am talking about enough fireworks to turn the night sky as bright as day. So bright that the sleep patterns of birds will be thrown off for weeks; so loud that dogs will whimper in fear the next state over. Maybe we can get really crazy and have Janet Jackson make a quick appearance just to get the place really jumping. (209 words) 29. Affliate PT from either SHL/PBE. So I've just been named commissioner of the ISFL and with my newfound and limitless power I can make any changes I deem fit? Well my first order of business is to eliminate this random lottery drawing for "commissioner for a day" powers, and not in a Julius Caesar "the hoards are at the gates make me your leader indefinitely" type way, more of the "this is a horrible idea, so so so SO many things can go wrong here" way. Realistically the chances that someone can pop in for a day and make good decisions is incredibly low so that's going to be a no no from now on. But on to my next phase of business as the best sim league's new leader, redistribution of power. Now what does that mean as it sounds downright league flipping? There have been numerous articles about the wealth disparity and how it can relate to jobs, media, and casino earnings, and as commissioner I have neither the time nor intelligence to read these types of things, so instead I will instate a rule that no user can hold more than one job without express written consent from the commissioner (sorry to the sucker taking back over after I leave my 24 hour stint in the office) and a firm three season limit on any non-GM position. This time limitation will increase league job turnover without artificially creating new jobs that don't actually provide any new or beneficial work. Inequality solved, you're welcome. My next and final order of business is to address the fantasy football issue. What's the fantasy football issue you ask? Well I've never done better than 4th in any of my attempts at fantasy football in the league, regardless of following Frost's guide, using last seasons points, or total TPE to judge the players worth taking, I always get my butt kicked and that shame needs to end. Therefor I will get my own group in which I can select the players I want first, but only after having some peon run like 100ish seasons in the sim and writing up a scouting report for each player using their average season points across all the simulated seasons. Also the report will include how cute they are and what their favorite pancake flavor is, you know the important stuff when it comes to fantasy football. After I've made my selections I will then make five more teams in the same group and select players the same way, allowing me to ensure, if even by some fluke my indignant tampering didn't work out, I would still come in first in my group. And with that I drop my proverbial commissioner mic and leave, showing all the reasons why I made rule number 1 to not let this sort of madness happen again 14. I am unfortunately writing this portion of the post after Monday's playoff games have concluded, resulting in the undesired defeat of the Colorado Yeti by the Sarasota Sailfish. I know "sims gunna sim" is a topic for another item, but man was that game brutal for the Yeti faithful, but at least I have a definitive conclusion to the season to comment on now. I'll start with my player first though, who I actually think had a pretty good year, leading all rookies in receiving yards (12th overall in the league) with 1404 yards, second in receptions for rookies (10th overall in the leadue) with 101 catches, and second in rookies in yards per catch at 13.9 yards per reception, only trailing Austin WR (and former Dallas Birddog teammate) Bayley Cowabunga. These overall impressive season stats match the highlight part of the season during weeks 8 and 9, where Cole reeled in a total of 16 catches for 303 yards (18.9 yards per catch) and 2 touchdowns in winning efforts. During that two game stretch Cole set his individual single game records for yards (156) and touchdowns (2) during the week 8 matchup against the Austin Copperheads and catches (9) and longest reception (62 yards) in the week 9 game against the Arizona Outlaws. These two weeks were not without downside though, as nearly a quarter of Cole's drops this season came in those two games (4). Thankfully they both resulted in wins so there's no need for "what ifs" regarding the passes that got away. Speaking of drops, the lowlight of Cole's individual season was certainly his 17 drops over the year and something that will need to be worked on over the offseason to improve for next year. The expectation for next year is to take a big step up and try to add some extra big play ability and hopefully make a larger impact in the touchdown department for the team. The Yeti season as a whole was very good, resulting in a 12-4 record and a second seed in the playoffs. The highlights of the year have to be the 7 game win streak over weeks 6-12 and reaching the playoffs again, as a highly rated second seed in the NFC. Unfortunately the sim had other plans than a Yeti Ultimus victory, as the playoff game against the 3 seed Sarasota Sailfish resulted in a 33-13 loss for the Yeti. Aside from not only having no rhythm on the offensive side despite being the fourth highest scoring team of the year, the top scoring Sarasota offense was able to run all over the Yeti defensively, both burning clock and keeping the points up on the board. RE: (S29) Ultimus Week - mtholf14 - 06-30-2021 19. If your player had a show starring them, what would the plot be? Well seeing as Matthew Holford is English and attended University in the UK, the show could be based off this. Aside from the fact the journey to the ISFL could be documented as the channels to get to the league from an English perspective could be a lot different to that of a standard American college system, which would be something not really seen before in a show and I believe is an open market, Holford could also use the English card in other ways. For instance he could go around and ask people for certain things or jobs to highlight the surprising language barrier between Brits and Americans. The premise of the show is that he goes and completes a set task written up before the show starts and has to roadtrip around different parts of America to gain the necessary parts to complete his tasks. The only rule being that he has to say the word that he believes it is called when asking for something (e.g. if he needs a 'trash can' he can only ask for a 'bin' etc.). Each episode would be a short 20-30 minute watch but would involve a lot of different types of tasks and challenges. (204) 2.5 TPE 25. Imagine your current position was not available to be picked when you created your player. What other position would you have picked, and why? If Running Back wasn't available, I originally picked to go Quarterback, Then I would probably say I would choose to become either a Wide Reciever and a Corner back. This is because these positions on the field, both sides of the ball, are arguably some of the most important roles in the team. Without a good WR corps, offense is severely limited in production as the passing game would be non existent without them. On the flip side cornerbacks are, I believe, the big play players. A good CB can be a good cornerstone for a defense as if the Star WR's are covered then it becomes a lot easier for the rest of the defence to make plays. I just like the idea of being able to make big plays to help a team win, rather than be present on the team with not much room to make such plays. I also don't tend to go for such positions in most leagues like this due to them being so overpopulated, but i felt that I want to experience being in such a position in at least a couple of these franchises or i will never get the chance to do so (201) 2.5 TPE RE: (S29) Ultimus Week - woelkers - 06-30-2021 2. Draft Class Retrospective As a fresh recreate, I could easily use this Ultimus Week opportunity to write about the high hopes I have for my new classmates from S31; however, with Bubba Thumper playing his final game this Monday, it feels a bit more fitting for this Ultimus Week task to look back at my history in this league, and in particular my classmates from S17. S17 was a small class, just shy of 50 members, with high hopes for itself from the very beginning. Of course, as with all classes, the lofty goals of most members were not meant to be, as many slipped into inactivity and several more fell short of the marks they wished to hit. However, some members of the class managed to shine bright, diamonds in the rough of a class that generally speaking had a bit of a rough go of it. Here, I will cover five specific players who seem to fit the bill in one respect or another in turn. First on the agenda: Dexter Banks II (@TropicaliaCC). Beginning his career as a wide receiver, Banks left something to be desired, recording only a lackluster 3,726 yards and 26 TDs on 259 career receptions. However, after his selection by the newly-founded Sarasota Sailfish, Banks converted to quarterback, and although his name might not find itself among the all-time greats at the position, this was a career renaissance for Banks. Banks threw for 13,285 yards and 86 TDs in his time at the helm for the Sailfish, tossing only 42 interceptions for a career passer rating of 87.2. Banks also added 1,368 yards and 10 TDs on the ground from under center, proving that despite not firing on all cylinders at wide receiver, he still had some mobility to work with. Banks may not be headed for the Hall of Fame, but the Sailfish should remember his legacy proudly. Second on my list: Tyron Brackenridge (@Lowlycrib). Brackenridge entered the league as a hard-hitting safety, something teams quickly recognized made him a valuable piece to fill in at linebacker. Eventually, Brackenridge would transition to the linebacker position, and he did not miss even a single step in that transition. Brackenridge is one of few players in league history to record more than 1,000 tackles, with 1,016 in his career. Brackenridge added to those tackles 86 sacks and 11 tackles for loss, 102 pass defenses and 13 interceptions, 8 forced fumbles and 1 fumble recovery, and even 2 safeties and 1 touchdown. Brackenridge spent his entire career with the San Jose Sabercats, and even if he misses the Hall of Fame, he will be remembered by the green and gold for seasons to come. Third: Saba Donut (@SabaDonutMan). Donut, a career Arizona Outlaw, proved me wrong. I once called his abilities into question, and he decided to take that and run with it, recording over 10,000 career receiving yards (10,302 for those keeping score at home) and 77 TDs on 624 career receptions. Although he is most notable for being the premier wide receiver of the class, Donut also showed flashes of brilliance in the return game, with 6,814 yards and 3 TDs on 268 kick returns. Donut, you truly showed me; I hope to see you in the Hall someday, old friend, and may Arizona sing your praises forever. Fourth: Mervin Leonard (@hihihi_62). Leonard was quietly the class’s one elite CB, despite what people might tell you about Julian McMorris (yes I'm specifically attacking you here @TubbyTim69). The Wraith great spent his entire career in Yellowknife, recording 594 tackles, 1 sack, 1 tackle for loss, 169 pass defenses, 22 interceptions, 2 forced fumbles, 2 fumble recoveries, and 2 touchdowns. Leonard also recorded 3,018 yards on 119 kick returns and 176 yards on 21 punt returns. While these numbers are perhaps not Hall of Fame numbers, he will be remembered by the Wraiths organization with great fondness. Finally: Ashley Owens (@run_CMC). Owens bounced around the league a bit, spending a couple seasons with the Austin Copperheads before moving for the bulk of his career to the Colorado Yeti, and then finishing his run with the New York Silverbacks. Owens’ time in this league will not soon be forgotten; in the league’s history, no player has recorded more all-purpose yards than Owens’ 25,119, and with the closest active player, Chizuru Ichinose, at only 20,273, that record looks as if it may stand for some time. Owens also recorded 104 all-purpose touchdowns in his time in the league, more than leaving his mark on the history books. Perhaps no player from S17 deserves to see the Hall of Fame more than Owens, a legend for at least two if not all three of his teams, and I look forward to the day we will finally see him enshrined. I pray he will be the first of the bunch, although hopefully not the last. RE: (S29) Ultimus Week - MMFLEX - 06-30-2021 16. This task is exclusive to recreate/non-recreate rookies of the S30 class and later. The season is over and the draft is coming up. What do you bring to a team, and why should a team choose to take a chance on you next season? I'm very much looking forward to the draft and seeing where I'll end up playing. It's one of the most exciting things in sim leagues and I think I have a lot I can offer to any team. Any team that has already reached out will know this, but I'm open to switching positions to fit where it's best for the team. I pride myself on being a team player and being easy to manage and am loyal to those who take a chance on me. I figure if you like me enough to draft me then I should return the favor. I've been the top earner in my class as well and there should be no concern that I will fall off. Put all of these things together and you have the top earning player that won't leave you in free agency and gives you the flexibility to fill a team need with a position change. I won't chase stats, awards, or rings, but value having a good time in the locker rooms. I'm able to spark conversation and can usually jump in on most other topics, so you shouldn't worry about my locker room activity. I have some variety of experience in sim leagues as well so I feel I could also add value in a war room setting if that's an option. Code: Words: 225 18. Written option - which teammate of yours is the ultimate team player and why? How does this person exhibit selflessness and put the team first? Are they a great locker room presence who encourages others? Do they play an important but unappreciated role on the team which doesn't receive much recognition for awards? Graphic Option: Create a graphic of your player with your teammate who exhibits a team-friendly attitude. Stewart Hellraiser is the ultimate team player. He is such a freak of nature that he swapped from tight end to defensive end mid season and made a significant impact to our defense. We already had 3 tight ends so he found a lot more value switching to defensive end, not only for the team, but also for his own value. When people think about football they think about the flashy players and cool highlights. Tight ends and defensive linemen are rarely that. They get the job done in the trenches and are often what make or break a team. Defensive ends are always underappreciated to most, but not to us. We know he's an anchor on defense for us. As a user, oilmandan is a top notch user across all sim league communities and actively participates in the locker room with a fun loving and mature personality. He doesn't cause drama and can easily diffuse situations. A later create for the S30 class, but he's been earning well and will be a huge value pick for any team that drafts him in the upcoming draft. He also has several years of sim league experience and has served a handful of roles across different leagues. Code: Words: 205 24. If you could create a team using any active players in the league, what would that team look like? It's go time and I'm picking up all my boys and girls. We might not be all-stars, but they are the ones I would trust the most to go into battle with. QB - Joliet Christ Jr. - Have known AW for as long as I've been in leagues and he knows how to create HoF QBs. RB - Cobra Kai - I know OD well from other leagues as well and someone I've been talking with a lot more recently. Great dude. RB - Rejoignez LOrdreSombre - If you don't know Bayley you aren't living. I have almost this exact player on my team in another league so I have to go with them, right? Plus we have championship history. WR - Eleven Kendrick-Watts - Okay, so maybe I'm taking all Honolulu players. Numbers is the dude that brought me here, so this is a no brainer. WR - Saleem Spence - SG turned me down too many times in the SBA, and when he finally agreed to join me we won it all. Easy. TE - Nick L. Back - My Norfolk teammate and not someone I've known for years. He's been a great user to get to know very recently. OL - Ananda Adyan - TMo my GM in Norfolk. I'd be released if I didn't add him. K - Anya Mind - HH one of my favorite users. She knows how to make kickers too. DT - Magnus Rikiya - Another new person I just met in this league, but has been very welcoming to me in Norfolk and then when scouting in Colorado. DE - Stewart Hellraiser - Oilmandan is my number 1. My rock. LB - Adelie de Pengu - Isa has been so great since I joined this league. Our first conversation was like two friends just picking it up from where we left off. LB - Melvin Murder Moose - Can't have Isa and not have Schwarz. She's been just as welcoming as Isa and Tes since joining Norfolk and Colorado LRs. CB - Jim Waters - Sid has been one of those users that when he first join leagues you cringe, but he's quickly grown into a staple to these leagues. Love this kid. CB - Willie Miller - I kicked it off with Seb almost immediately upon being a waiver claim of London's. We've always talked about teaming back up. S - Miles Weperom - ME! Teaming back up with Willie like I mentioned. S - Joel Drake - Rus always was hanging around the London LR when I joined and he was also very welcoming in the Colorado LR. Code: Words: 440 28. Offensive Performance Of The Year has to go to Raeni Clarke of the Norfolk Seawolves. Week 1! The very first game of the season she went completely bonkers and remained the top performance of the season. So good it deserves and ESPY as well. Raeni popped off for 225 yards and 3 passing touchdowns and 0 interceptions. 17/22 passing (77.3%) and a 148.7 QBR which was tops for the season. But wait, what about the ground game?! Okay, I'm glad you asked. Clarke also rushed for 84 yards and 2 touchdowns. That's 309 total yards and 5 total touchdowns with no turnovers and super crazy incredible efficiency. The touchdown plays were 26 yard pass, 7 yard pass, 10 yard pass, 19 yard run, and a 48 yard run. This performance is truly incredible to set the tone for the season and would be a crime not to be awarded for the best offensive performance of the year. When you compare this to perhaps the next best performance which is probably Week 4 Kazmir Oles Jr, probable MVP, it blows it out of the water. Oles threw for 397 yards on 26/40 passing (65%) and 5 touchdowns with 1 interception. His QBR is impressive with 126.8, but is nowhere near that of Clarke. This is Clarke, hands down. His family immigrated to Miami, Florida in 2000 when his father Victor Raskolnikov took a job offer as a Trucking supervisor. The Raskolnikov family quickly decided to bring him up in an American way. Signing him up to play American Football, seemed this would help him build relationships and learn the English Language. At the age of 6, he was not the tallest, nor the shortest, but average in all aspects, so the coaching staff decided to slot him as a wide receiver. Rodka Raskolnikov through his school career never was the number one receiver for his teams, and rarely did people consider him the number two. But the coaching staff always praised his ability to be in the right place at the right time to help make big plays when the team really needed it. Not until his senior year of High School did Raskolnikov shine, where at the last 5 games of his High School career did he average 125 yards per game and 2.5 touchdowns per game. He even had the game-winning Touchdown for his school's Championship Game, where it bounced off the initial receiver and then two defenders. Again the coaching staff would rave that he "never gave up on plays and that he was in the right position". " "After catching the eye of a couple of scouts, he ended up committing to an in-state college of the University of Central Florida in Orlando, Florida. Freshman Year While Raskolnikov did not see much time as a freshman, he did catch many eyes as he had a highlight reel Touchdown grab to force OT against Ohio State. Even though they lost the game it seemed the coaching staff was pleased with his ability to show up in big-time situations. Sophomore Year Sophomore Year he was a star for UCF winning the AAC Offensive Player of the Year and breaking multiple records for UCF. He would end the season with a staggering 2432 receiving yards and 18 Touchdowns, was nominated as #3 for the Heisman Trophy. While Orlando fans screamed his name and wanted him to get attention, the sports media and scouts were hesitant on pushing the narrative as this could be a flash-in-pan player. The question was "Could he replicate those numbers again?". Unfortunately, Raskolnikov would not touch a College Field as a player again. As he would be picked up by Bondi Beach as a free agent waiver claim. 25. Imagine your current position was not available to be picked when you created your player. What other position would you have picked, and why? This is an interesting take. I created a wide receiver because I wanted to make up for what I never finished with my second player. My first player was a Safety so I don't think I would go back to that just because I've lived it and felt pretty complete in that first creation. So which other position would I pick? I think initially I was going to say Tight End as it is similar to a Wide Receiver, conceptually and I can be an offensive threat. But, the more I thought about it, the more I began leaning on the idea of a Kicker. I think it would be sort of relaxing and allow me to have a very niche singular purpose and just build off of that. Plus I usually like to watch the Kickers in real life and root for them when they can make a really long Field Goal. Having a player put up points, and help the team in meaningful ways is something I always wanted to make. Plus making a long Field Goal in the dying seconds to tie it up or win is just a fantastic feeling. Having that pressure and seeing your player deliver. I bring to a new team solid offensive line play and good rock solid middle earning. from what I've been told y'all could really use some O-linemen who aren't bots. I mean then again.. It could be more expensive i'm not really sure of the pay scale here I would assume bots are a few mill against the cap. I wont be what I am in PBE but im doing this here CW a little so hey that is earning. Just don't draft me too high, although if you do I could think of worse picks that have been made in sim league. I do very much intend to be around and active in whatever locker room I am chosen to join/chose to join later in Carimi's career. I'm a balanced blocker for now so i'm hoping to be solid at all things, I have a freestyle-wrestling background so the hand and foot work should come together nicely. In College at Western Illinois I continued the wrestling and O-line play (at the encouragement of my coaches). Really hoping that translates to the next level, I know it won't happen right away but someday I do want to be a good player. I know I said earlier mid earner but seriously I do wish to have a good player. I kinda outlined above why you should take a chance but I'll just say if you want a good enough earning OL to not buy bots against your cap hit. I am your guy. 253 words 29. Affliate PT from either SHL/PBE. The Weeks must match with the timeframe of this UW, which would mean SHL's PT #2, SMJHL PT #3, and PBE's PT 26-2. Affiliate PT PBE 25. Imagine your current position was not available to be picked when you created your player. What other position would you have picked, and why? If I was going to be super max active and get league jobs and all that fun jazz I would be an RB. I really like being a running back and my general football philosiphy says the running back is super valuable. Even in real life where modern football seems to declare the RB not valuable most of the past 7-ish SB winners have had either A.) great running games the entire season or b.) had great running games in the actual superbowl. But if i was gonna be the mid active that i plan to be I would probably a D-lineman. I really like the idea of whackin somebody upside the head. I''m the kidnda guy that would like to tape up my arm with a plastic cast under my tape and whack some dudes uppside the head trying to rip move by them. Just generally take out frustrations. Plus, again like I said NT or DT would probably not be a max earner kind of position (unless I am totally out of my mind and wrong about that). I just think DT's would have less to upgrade TBH. Less than say a corner or safety or certainly a linebacker. LB's have to do everything CB's have to lock up and be fast. DT's and DL's in general grind away and stuff the run. again a little football philosiphy showing here. Although if im honest with myself and i knew some GM's better (I know Matty but thats about it.) I'd just do whatever the big club needed. Its not tooo big a deal. But O-line is where i wanna stay. 272 words |
