You forget that the league does have parity, everyone has the same opportunity to get money. If its a time constraint, yes that sucks but that's how it works. People should not be rewarded for work they didn't do. That essentially makes the work that people actually spend time to do meaningless.

either way, this is literally already in the rulebook, we just need to enforce it.
